  1. Fillmore Christmas Tree is the best! Closest thing to BBW's Fresh Balsam and Bert's Christmas Tree!
  2. Ok, ok....I'll take one for the team! I needed a couple of oils from them that people went crazy for last year, so I ordered samples of the new ones too, even the Gingerbread even though I found my HG Gingerbread last year when I bought the Gingerbread & Spice from MMS! I'll report back when I get them in!
  3. Candybee, I promise you if you try the TN True Lavender you won't have to waste your lavender EO to make the scent more of a 'true' lavender! I could send you a sample if you want to try it!
  4. Dang, the other problem I'm having is the Quote function isn't working for me either! I didn't have time earlier to type in the FO names, but here they are: Chilled Sangria, Green Apple, Amaretto Tiramisu, Gingerbread, & Oatmeal Raisin. If these are half as good as the one's Candybee recommended last fall, then they're sure winners!
  5. In case you don't already suffer from fragrance oil choice overload I thought I'd mention that I received an email today announcing new fragrance oils at Fillmore Container. I'm not trying to yank your chains but I've tried to copy and paste from the email, even to the point of copying to a Word document then trying to cut & paste here but for some reason it's not working for me. Sorry about that! They sure sound good though!
  6. TN's True Lavender is awesome in soy wax and smells just like the lavender in my garden. An eight oz mason jar candle will fill my entire downstairs with fragrance!
  7. NurseNancy do you mean Sandalwood Supreme? I didn't see a Sandalwood Extra on their site.
  8. I was *just* on OT's site to order some Bug-off and noticed they have a Mysore Sandalwood that they claim is the closest thing to a real sandalwood. I bought a sample to sniff but have no idea how it will be in wax. Maybe someone else here has tried it?
  9. I'm telling ya, Campfire from The Candle Source!
  10. Lots of threads on Lavender come up on search. As far as what you think smells like the best lavender, imo it's a ymmv situation. As far as what works best in your wax, it's a test, test, test situation. Welcome to the fragrance oil sinkhole! http://www.craftserver.com/index.php?app=core&module=search&section=search&do=search&fromsearch=1
  11. Campfire from The Candle Source is very authentic smelling!
  12. LMAO! How's that working for you? And weren't we all right about the Fillmore oils, hmm?
  13. I know, right? This fall I've bought from Fillmore, Candles & Supplies and the Candlesource, all new suppliers for me, on top of the half-dozen or so I already buy from!
  14. Woo hoo! I received a reply to my email: All of our fragrance and essential oils are manufactured by Lebermuth. Best Regards John See www.chemistrystore.com 800-224-1430
  15. Thank you! I looked on their home page today and it shows Lebermuth Spiced Cranberry as their FOM. But unless it's on the home page the pictures and descriptions of all the other oils I looked at don't reveal the manufacturer. That's sort of strange.... So I emailed them to find out if they have a list of which oils are from Lebermuth, or I wonder if they all are!
  16. Cbee, how can you tell which are the Lebermuth fos? Just familiarity with the Lebermuth products? Plmk and thanks!
  17. I think the JS Cinna-berry is the best one I've ever smelled, it's different from any of the other cinnaberry fo's I've tested. And imo she has the best Mulled Wine fo. Not too heavy on the clove, which I don't care for much.
  18. It was several years ago that I was into nail polish big time, and again, when I would be out driving in my car I would look at the paint finishes on other automobiles and think how they would make a good nail polish color!
  19. Roflol! I'm already there! I was plotting on my way home exactly which fo I had in hand to use so I could make the Gingerbread Latte!
  20. I was at the drive-in window at Starbucks this morning and looking at their announcement board for their new winter drinks. They have Gingerbread Latte, Peppermint Mocha & Caramel Brulee Latte. I didn't think of how good I thought they might taste, I thought what good candle fragrances they would be!
  21. Sandy, I don't know if this will help but I can look through my Peak 1 oz samples, seems like I had several of those, possibly as few as three or as many as 5! They're yours if you want them!
  22. Not Chuck but there's been a couple of threads recently about how Tennessee is still selling, you have to call them though. You can find the phone number in the threads as well as the oils they carry now. http://www.craftserver.com/topic/105366-iso-tennessee-candle-supply-peach-magnolia-raspberry-fo-replacement/ http://www.craftserver.com/topic/105454-gone-for-awhile-where-to-find-info/ IMO the VBN from Tennessee is the best, followed by the VBN from WSP. I found the Just Scent VBN to be light and the ICS too plastic smelling. I hths!
  23. Agree w/Barbara re: Green Tea, also White Tea or Sugarcane.
  24. OMG ya'll! I finally got around to burning one of the Cedar Garland candles I poured, it is heavenly! I'm not really a big cedar scent scent fan, I made my SIL a Cedar & Saffron candle last year and was so unimpressed that I never even ordered more of the fo, but this one is to die for!! Now I'm looking at the Ginger Fig & Lemon Grass oils, has any one here tried either of those? And it sounds like I NEED to get me some Daffodil too!
