Peak & CS both have a good Cinnamon Bun for soy wax. You didn't say who your old supplier was or what type of wax. I've limited my suppliers now so no longer use NG or BCN so sorry can't help there.

I couldn't find the post either but someone scientifically explained it at least once before. I don't know what wax you use, but I use C3 soy wax and glass pour pots, so I can actually see the fo literally disappear into the wax. I usually heat to between 170-180 as the mfg recommended. I also only add the recommended 6%. Vanillas or heavy I go up between 180-190 because I know they are more difficult to work with. I like glass even though heavier because I can see what's happening.

Check with insurance companies in your area. In AZ, I was able to get State Farm to cover candles but when I moved the bus to CA they wouldn't cover it so I went with the soap guild which was way more expensive. -

Looks great so far! Those wood wicks are real buggers, I'd make 2 candles the same and one would burn great and one wouldn't so I gave up on them. Wish I had the patience to figure it out because customers love the look of those wicks. -
Taking Mom to Clovis for the Big Hats Day Fest to celebrate her 94th birthday! Weekend for just the two of us. Yes, she still gets around just fine and has more energy than I do.

They do look like jello...so very cute. Prob need a warning on top so adults don't eat them. The first time I made clamshell melts my bil thought they were white chocolate squares sitting on my counter and attempted to eat one! The grandkids are prob way smarter than that!

I love eo so tough to pick a fav. I probably have 50 in my house that I either use on my skin or diffuse. I found that looking at the different suppliers synergies gave me lots of ideas when I was making b&b, they list all the eo's used but don't give you % so you do have to experiment. So many blends, so little time!

Love it with Lavender, also have used it with a black tea. Sorry not too helpful but I also like it on its own.

Yes it does but honestly I think its a few customers that buy a bunch of it all at once because it's not consistent sales. Seems to be either full stock or out of stock.

imo it's a waste of fo. Had to take a look on Etsy and while I wasn't looking for this particular seller, there are like a million melts/tarts on there. I also almost never browse Etsy.

Do any of you bag your coffee & tea cup warmers with melts using organza bags? I'm wondering what size bag works best for these? I did find some with a cardboard bottom but they are only 4 x 4" and that isn't enough for the warmer and 2 melts to fit inside. Standard organza I was thinking the 8 x 10" because they do not have a gusset.

Well, here is what I have in my notes: Forest Dragon: Super dark green or dark red Mystic Dragon: Purple Ice Dragon: Light Blue Most evil dragon: Black So, go with your heart on this one, I personally would do a combo of all the colors.

I make it with Vanilla Voodoo & CS Toasted Hazelnut. I'm with Chris..I like more hazelnut so i do 70/30.

They both do well in C3, I prefer the scent of Sun & Sand

All pretty, why not make both so you make everyone happy? I'd leave it out of the soap and just put on top so it's easy for you.

I got called out of town, so the 2 boxes of new fo's that arrived will have to wait for testing...dying to get them into wax and see how they smell and perform!
