Looks like a very nicely made candle. Just keep going just the way you are doing. Patience is the name of the game. I'd be letting those candles sit for 2 weeks. Trappeur

Got my order yesterday (1 day delivery)....oh my gosh I am loving which I was hoping their Rosemary Mint. One of my accounts ordered quite a bit of it yesterday as I delivered her order to her and I haven't even tested it yet. I will be very disappointed if it doesn't throw. I already made up a few testers in it last night after I opened the box. The Monkey Farts is very nice and very tropical. Just need a name for it. I was thinking of Bahama Mama....Cinnamon Spruce I have ordered it before and used and is very nice. Geesh I thought I ordered a pound of it instead of 1 ounce! ugh......The Coconut Cream Pie is very very light sniffing from the bottle. I'll get a sample made today. Trappeur

Well, I do pretty well with these jars and I get them for free every week. These jars are the ones used for "Oui" yogurt. I have a friend who eats that yogurt like it is going out of style and she saves the jars (she even washes them for me) and I get about 20 jars from her every week she drops off to me when she is checking on my weekly. The only thing I don't have is the lids. Trappeur

Ok see what you did now Soshiegirl??? I liked your idea so much (like I usually do) that I'm doing some right now. I just found I have some of Indiana's Gourmet Sugar Cook but I like Fragrance Buddy's better. I also have Flamings Lemon Sugar so I'm blending both. Thankyou Soshiegirl! Trappeur

I didn't have a problem using cd's but then again my wax is 464....sorry can't help much. Trappeur

I've been using Fillmores Christmas tree which is the only truest balsam fir out there for years and it has not changed. Oh, it would be horrible if they ever changed that scent. Now I don't care for Flamings Balsam fir. First off it is not a balsam fir but a basic pine. Trappeur

I'm a vanilla freak myself. Hey, did you ever try Flamings Coconut Caramel? Omg....is this awesome! You can smell the vanilla in it evenly with the coconut and caramel. Will be here tomorrow. I think it will be a hit for me. Trappeur

Hi Marleigha! They have 2 rosemary mints. The one that is "Aveda" is more a bit floral but in a real nice way. Actually I was hoping that RE would be the one but they at the time were out of stock. But just now I checked and it is back in stock and I am a very happy camper now as that is the one I originally wanted so I'm ordering a couple pounds of it now. Trappeur

How long did you let the candles cure for? What percentage oil did you use per pound? Are you using the max? What are the names of the scents that you have put in your wax and from where? Have you tested using those same scents? Are you using more than 6 or 7% oil per pound of wax? I had much better results using cd's as I found eco's burned very hot and I had more sooting than anything, so that is what I use for 464. Withe 464 I have had to drop some oils and move onto another. You might have to do this. When you mentioned you tested, did you do in the jars you mentioned? Trappeur
