  1. Natty.. Studio Beck did my graphics.. www.lpsohmy.com Definetly not prim!
  2. A little bit.. If 5 boxes are going from one place all to another place, it is cheaper than 5 different boxes coming from 5 different places all to the same place. Discount - yes. But still seperate box charges.
  3. For florals, you really need to soap as cool as possible. Toss this batch, and soap the next one about 95 degrees.
  4. You don't have your card number memorized? Woman.. We've got to teach you better!! I'm trying to find a reason to buy some. I sure can't use a whole case. Well, I really have no need for these. But I still want them! Maybe in the next co-op if someone else volunteers...lol
  5. I agree with Rebecca.. Too much crothix will reduce your lather. Try to be patient and make it as thick as possible bfore you start adding stuff, as many of your fo's and eo's will thin it right back out again.
  6. Mmmmm Lurkin. Looks like a fantastic recipe to add to the recipe section! Would hate for someone to miss it here!
  7. Yup... Girl, in order for you to sell bath tub items, you've got to use them! Can you take baths at a friend or neighbors hourse? Rent a hotel? Something??
  8. Thought of something else too.. Wait til summertime to officially sell these that way you can tweak your recipie. It might be perfect in winter, but come summertime it may liquify in the tube and leak all over yours or a customers purse/pocket/whatever.
  9. Oh Erin.. YOU ROCK!!! We have like 2 of those within 10 miles of me! I never even thought of them!
  10. I put all mine in a Word document then password protect the whole thing with a super easy to me password. I'm also a "burn every month" kind of gal. Too many times I've dealt with pc's crashing and lost everything.
  11. Looks fantastic!!!! Mine is the same color, but has no bubbles, even though it was a 25 in soapcalc! ARGH! Wishing you lots of luck!
  12. Yup, for soap, I would recommend 1 tablespoon per lb of oils. For lotions and butters? I would make it in scrubs and stuff, but not leave on products, and for personal use only. It'll grow mold pretty quick. I would make a scrub and store it in the fridge if I had any leftovers (but I'd be apt to use it on my whole body, not just my face) and use it or toss it in 3 days.
  13. Yes, in the tube. It might be the wrong consistancy, and the screw thing in the center won't work right! What a total pita!
  14. Really? The only cocoa butter I've seen at the store was straight up or had vitamin e added. Is this lotion or something???
  15. Hi and welcome to the other side! Be sure to check out www.millersoap.com for the in's and out's of soapmaking.
  16. It is the same, but when you get it from a B&B supplier, you'll pay tons less.
  17. Welcome back Satin Ducky.. Hope all is well with you!!
  18. I totally agree here.. Every single product you make should be used by you and quite a few testers for feedback! How do you know it won't clump in the tub? Or stick to the edges as it drains? Or to stick to your armpits when it turns to glue?
  19. OMG Maryann! How on earth did I miss this!!!!!! Please forgive me!!!!! While I love all of them, my favorite is the shade of red in the tomato bar.. How do they feel??? Did you every try your eggnog soap again??
  20. Thanks! I have though.. And noticed that the PF price is about 3 times the price of other places! Will make one with the normal ingredients, and then make one with "BunBun" ingredients and see what I can see!
  21. I have.. Just got an order from TDF, and since they are not keeping items in stock, I'm looking at replacements for them. Ordered what looks like will work from the Herbarie, but they are on vacation til the 2nd. Trying to read all I can until then!
  22. http://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=5240 They work fantastic! A little smaller than 2 oz, but they might do for ya.
  23. That might make a difference CB... I usually soap between 6-12 lbs at a time. But to have lye fume steam all over my food packaging? Yuck! Lol!
