Am running to the kitchen with the stick blender! Just added 16 extra ounces to it, and it's still on low heat. This is freakin crazy! I don't remember it taking near this long last time!

Yup, it's synthetic soap... lol I'm still fighting to get mine diluted, turned the heat back on it this morning.

Let us know how the crockpot works.. The double boiler method sucked. 2 hours ago I finally pulled it out of the pot and put it on direct heat. I think it's ready now..lol Hmm... Tara didn't mention anything in the swap rules about being syndet based did she? I can make a kick butt one with surfactants! LOL!

Ok girl.. From comparing recipe after recipe dilution rate, the dilutation rate is between 22-28 oz pp of gunk for a normal liquid soap. Mine is on the stove, waiting for the vaseline stage! WOOHOO!

Yup.. I'm understanding the same thing. The business meeting is just that, the TX groups running of the administration. So, the only thing you would miss is the swap. I believe we have enough people here we can get our own swap going with no problems..

What if you did everything right, but somewhere along the line the shea got tainted? Would you know by looking at it? Or one of your other ingredients? I can't possibly know that, and you can't either. So it's really not a question if he's in danger.. I don't know. He may, he may not. I just don't know.

Lol.. Let the lotion sit in your hand for a bit before you let it touch anywhere else! Took me once to figure that one out! And let me re-phrase.. It COULD be a matter of days. I have no clue what's in your scrub, how you made it, how clean your tube is, just no clue.
