  1. @ShellyF I shouldn't have said it that way (I'm not that bad). I probably have close to what you have! lol GoldieMN
  2. Ok, I'm not that bad. . .yet. . . lol I was going to get rid of about half of what I have just because I didn't think I would ever use them. We will see if I actually do it. GoldieMN
  3. Oh, that's right. . .we have to be careful with plastic bags. Your ideas sound fantastic! Can't wait to see them. Black and orange=perfect for Halloween! GoldieMN
  4. @Trappeur I need to explain something further about RE's sale that starts tomorrow. There is a link/page for the sale where you can choose your fragrances. I don't know if you were using that one or just adding them to your regular cart. Just make sure if they are in your regular cart from today, you don't order things twice when you hit "submit". GoldieMN
  5. Oh my, those are very nice! I love the color. I might try my hand at making up some small jars since I have tops with stars cut out of them. And I have quite a few discontinued or sample fragrances I could use up. Wouldn't the fragrance dissipate in an organza bag? For selling, I mean. Or do you put the crystals in a plastic bag inside the organza? GoldieMN
  6. Excellent! I will have to try them. Thanks, all. GoldieMN
  7. LOL I didn't realize you put these in a burner. Thought they were just placed in a dish to scent the air. GoldieMN
  8. @ShellyF I will be interested in hearing how your salts perform as in how long before a small dish of them has to be refreshed. Would be great if they last as long or longer than a melting tart. You said "I love how they look and admit the fact that they are not identical in shape and size makes them a more unique item to buy." I'd love to see how they turned out. Would you post a picture? GoldieMN
  9. So we are talking about WSP apple pie or hot apple pie? Ha, here we go again. GoldieMN
  10. Rustic Escentuals that I sell quite a bit of: Amish Quilt, Spiced Pumpkin Latte, Christmas Bliss. Also like Celtic Moonspice, & Warm Vanilla Nutmeg GoldieMN
  11. I found some ceramic pint jars and wonder if they would be good for candles. Are you saying a ceramic container will get hotter than glass? GoldieMN
  12. Someone may want to contact Wholesale Supplies Plus about the fragrances that were discounted and no longer available as, on Facebook, they responded to someone that they could special order a discontinued fragrance. GoldieMN
  13. Those look great! Is the shorter jar the same size as the amber Ball jars you are test wicking? GoldieMN
  14. As long as your container is clean, they will stick. Once in a great while, I will get a jar that must have some kind of residue in it. I know as soon as I use the wick sticker as I give my wick a little tug after placing/adhering the wick. It will come loose then if there is a problem. I've bought from a few different companies. Northstar Candle has free shipping, but most candle supply companies have them. GoldieMN
  15. That is what I pretty much do. GoldieMN
  16. Everything looks fantastic, @TallTayl. What is in the "Spell Candles, Witches Brew" display? Tarts? GoldieMN
  17. @GailC @Trappeur Testing Candlescience Pumpkin Souffle with my latest box of 464 wax and getting little throw. I have had good luck with previous 464 orders even after 2016 wax problems and this oil by wicking down. Wondering if you have noticed a difference in hot throw lately. GoldieMN
  18. I'm so sorry you and Friendly went through this. It is hard not to spend the money if there is even a small hope your animal will recover. Wish I lived closer. I 'd come over and give you a big hug. GoldieMN
  19. I'd be interested in how much wax is left in the bottom after the wick is spent. GoldieMN
  20. https://www.candlesoylutions.com/thumbnail.asp?cid=32&offset=0 https://factorydirectcraft.com/catalog/products/1302_2533_740-3478-black_wide_mouth_canning_jar_lid.html Might be cost prohibitive as they end up $2/lid with shipping. Factory Direct might have free shipping as well as a coupon. Also, read through description as one site says they will vary in looks. GoldieMN
  21. @Trappeur Are those Italian jars expensive? I thought I saw them on Amazon for at least $2 each. GoldieMN
  22. Rustic Escentuals? One of my best sellers. GoldieMN
