    Belinda, I can't believe there are two FOs you haven't tried - Bartlett Pear and Sweet Orange and Chili Pepper. Those are probably the only two - LOL. I haven't tried either but SOCP has been on my wish list and I think I am going to add Bartlett Pear to my long wish list. Cynthia

    I'm sure Bartlett Pear passed your, what, 12 or 14 hour test? It sounds like a spring/summer scent, would you categorize it as such?

    I know you are happy the event is behind you. Congratulations on your sales! With our economy still a little sluggish, your sales were good. Are you allowed to have a melt burning to demonstrate how they work? It will also demo how wonderful I'm sure they smell.

    It does help. I thought the pattern looked something like a pattern I have seen. I saw a FO with the word hippie in it and it had patchouli, sandalwood and another fragrance mixed with it.

    I showed a friend of mine some soap I made. She said, "oh, I wanted soap you use to take a bath with or use to shower with." duh? This is too funny. We couldn't make this stuff up.

    Keep the wicks 1 inch from each other. The wicks in the picture are too close together.

    The wick stick ems that I got from The Candlemakers Store will not stay in place so I just use them for testers because they are really easy to remove from the container. I use the hot glue gun like Candybee and that works fine for me. I think I will try that Permatex. I bet the Permatex costs more than the glue sticks.

    I live in Georgia as well and was very excited to see a distributor within driving distance, but they don't carry my wax yet. Hopefully they will add it to their products. Don't need another FO supplier at this time. To answer your question though, the wax should be the same generally speaking although wax varies from lot to lot by the same manufacturer.

    6% to 10%. It is more often 10%. I am getting more conservative though. I'm a fragrance hog or hound. What do you call yourself, Karen?
