  1. Those are CUTE and you may have just solved my own dilemma Thanks so much for posting this thread!
  2. LOVE them!!!!! I tried to use that program and my ADD kicked in I guess it's like any other program - you have to stick with it to get beautiful results!
  3. Your labels are absolutely beautiful. Nice, clean and easy to read! Gorgeous!
  4. Count me in!!!! Excited! I'm going to be in Soooo much trouble! You all are enablers!!!!!
  5. I am definitely trying this Trappeur! I've never ordered from Ind. before, but I'm gonna give it a try
  6. If you haven't already, try this link and see if it helps you. There's quite a few suggestions in it Hope it helps.
  7. I meant 4786 - good grief!
  8. I've only tried it in Pillar of Bliss (NG), but I may have to try it in 6006 or even 4687 and see if I get better results. I really love this scent OOB. Maybe some room spray? BTW - I've missed seeing your posts Trappeur!
  9. Trappeur - Do you mind me asking where you purchase your Vanilla Bean Noel? I bought an 8 oz bottle from TCS last year and I barely got any CT or HT from it. I was actually taken back by it. I've always had good luck with their oils. I didn't try any candles, just clamshells using PB. I was thinking it just needed to cure, but even now there's very little scent throw to it. Maybe I just need to try a different wax : /
  10. Oh no!!!! I've done that exact same thing with a large batch of candles before! So irritating!
  11. Sounds like together we may be on to something! Thanks for all of your input. I'm terrible at blending, so this is new territory for me.
  12. I thinks it's Aromatic Fragrances International http://afi-usa.com/fragrances/
  13. I have never before viewed this sight and I know they are supposed to be some of the best FOs around. However, their minimum order is rather pricey (I may just pay the $20.00 processing fee). How many of you have used their FOs? What are some of your favorites or must haves? I'm looking specifically at the Leather Bound Book and Mexican Sunflower. TIA
  14. I also found one from SaveOnScents, but I'm not sure I want to spend the money just yet - it seems fairly expensive. However, I am getting quite a few requests for this scent. It seems to me my choice of suppliers for this FO is very limited
  15. I think topic was posted some time (year or so) ago, but I wanted to see if anyone has actually tried this FO. If so, what company did you choose and how did it work for you? I've tried to search for this FO, but there doesn't seem to be too much info on it.
  16. Do you make any kind of soapery at all? It doesn't have to be much - you just need to have something in your line (lotion bars, bottled lotion, melt and pour soap - just something). If you do, you would qualify for insurance from the Guild. It will run you about $560 a year, and you may qualify for a PayPal payment plan. Here's the link for you http://www.soapguild.org/. Missy
  17. Thank you Karen. I appreciate it so much
  18. Thank you for your help. I have spent quite a bit of money boosting posts on Facebook and Instagram. I get a descent response from them and have had several shop visits and item favorites from them as well. Just not many purchases. Kandlekrazy - I do have them linked together with the link in my bio and they are the same name. It's just very frustrating to me because I can't see what I am doing wrong. I'm beginning to question myself entirely on this venture (aka Pitty Party ). Would anyone be willing to view and critique it for me (if this is allowable) and give me an honest opinion? If so, I will post or message you the link. It's crazy how I seem to let things get to me like this (self doubt). God gave me the ability to talk a teenager into believing he/she needs Algebra in order to go to Prom, but I have a very difficult time at selling myself. Very frustrating Thanks for listening to me! LOL!!!!!
  19. I could use some advice regarding Etsy. Can anyone tell me what the ratio of site visits to purchases are (approx)? What is the normal "looks" to purchase rate? I'm getting pretty discouraged. I have had about 700 site visits, but only 3 purchases. Is this normal? My store has only been open since March. Experienced users - I could really use some advice.
  20. There is a great deal of useful information within this link - including the related articles at the bottom. I'm going to try and rework mine using their advice. Thanks for sharing Candybee.
  21. It's just like any other program. You'll need to play around with it, but yes. Once you get in there and see what all it offers, it is very easy to use.
  22. I also use the online photo editing program PicMonkey and I love it! The only drawback is that once you leave the program, you can't edit the picture. You'll need to start over, so be sure to save your end product to your hard drive.
