  1. Candle Guy, you might want to take a look at www.labelsbythesheet.com if you are still experimenting with label sizes. Ordering one sheet each of multiple sizes would be cost effective until you find the one that works best for you. Just a suggestion.
  2. I use Avery 6572 which is 2 x 2 5/8. It doesn't cover the entire front of the clamshell, but I like being able to see a bit of the color of my melts (I dye my wax) on the front of the clamshell..
  3. Just as Chefmom does, I wipe out the pour pot with a paper towel as soon as I am done pouring. You can even use an old hand towel...over and over again. Just putting the pour pot back in the double boiler water for a minute, will surely melt any residue wax before wiping clean. Keep it simple is my motto!
  4. New York Scent is one that can be added. http//:www.newyorkscent.com
  5. You poor thing! You are not alone! I don't have pneumonia but have had flu symptoms without the fever for 8 days now....it sucks. I hope you feel better soon!
  6. I second Peak's lavender. And like nursenancy said....it is VERY strong so it should go far in your applications.
  7. Hi all....I made a bunch of these for my niece's baby shower. She is having a Halloween themed shower on Halloween night. I attached a picture of the label I made so you could see all that was on it.
  8. I used J223 for many years with zinc wicks and got great results.
  9. 8 Gran-Ones...I never smelled Trapps orange vanilla so I can't help with the comparison....sorry!
  10. I agree with Belinda. And I have used lids with the number one on it and it never made a difference with the scent. I wouldn't hesitate to use the 10k that you have without thinking twice!
  11. Hi Trappeur, I added French Vanilla to Cajun's spiced orange....equal amounts. It was really nice! My sister loved it. I would think any kind of vanilla would work Or maybe toasted marshmallow.
  12. I don't think you need luck but best of it to you anyway!!
  13. I like 2 too. A suggestion, just IMO, would be to resize the decorative pinecone wreath to be a little smaller.
  14. So very very pretty! Perfect for that rustic theme.
  15. I use paraffin in that jar with a 52z wick.
  16. I used Peak's Asian Sandalwood in paraffin as a special request. And even though I am not a sandalwood fan, this was really nice and smooth. I actually have it in a melt form, JBN, and will mail that to you if you would like to try it that way before you purchase. Just LMK.
  17. Pre-blended for me all the way!
  18. I can't get the link to work, but if you go to Amazon and search for Fat Daddio's 0.68-Ounce Silicone Bakeware, Half Sphere.....maybe that is it?
  19. I prefer them on the tin itself.
  20. I am flying into Seattle tomorrow for the weekend to celebrate my granddaughter's 8th birthday. The only thing I will be pouring is a cocktail or two (after birthday party party!).
