I need to place another order at CS but am kinda scared lol. Although I have ordered from there, NG, ICS, and MC in the last couple months and haven't had a problem. I have done business with about all of the suppliers listed above and it is so hard to try to narrow it down to just one. I have had this card for years with these suppliers. jaxxcandles Posted March 8, 2011 Share Posted March 8, 2011 IT IS NOW WORSE FOR ME!!!!!!I had a new credit card issued last week after the fraudulent charge, and someone from outside the US tried to activate my new account number before I even got the card. And I just checked my debit card, and there were fraudulent charges today and yesterday, mostly to gaming websites. They tried cheaptickets.com, but did not get anything through there thank goodness.I have used these two cards for candle supplies, so this is truly serious!!! Today I went in and opened a second card debit card that I will only use online and keep minimal money in (my bank suggested to do this). Dana - I am not sure if I paypal was this card number or not. I am bank verified so they have more information then just my card #Jaxx - that is horrible and frightening because someone must have your bank account info. debscent Posted March 9, 2011 Share Posted March 9, 2011 My Discover was a back up to Paypal, but removed in 2010. My other business card was never linked to Paypal. (These are two individual business cards under one business account). I went through my records and the only place BOTH cards was used was Candles & Supplies and that purchase was in 2010. For those of you who are indicating what type of purchases are being made with your credit card now is irrelevant, you need to focus on where you made authorized purchases. All I know is Discover has a very good fraud detection unit and monitored our spending and declined all of these charges.
