  1. soshiegirl & ChrisR do you use soy wax for the juicy bits of orange and watermelon? is there any others from there that you like really well? I have heard so much about the juicy orange, i just have to try it... have you tried it in cp soap?
  2. I had bought several new 16 oz. scents from Tennessee... When they had their sale. I repoured them in amber glass. And dropped my spiced apples & peaches. First time to ever drop a fragrance. What a mess that was to clean up.. Plus I am sad. It was my new favorite, and first time to buy A large bottle. I had bought a 1 ounce sample a few months ago and it really has an incredible hot throw in my 415 wax so I was all excited that I could make candles with it.
  3. have you tried Tennessee's Redwood & Cedar...it is awesome in 415 soy... I may have some apple jack if you are really needing it...to fill orders
  4. i agree with you candybee..i am not fond of 100% either..

  16. welcome back...it is hard to get away from things we love to do.. Candle Science now has a distribution center in Reno NV. it really helps with shipping cost for the ones here on the west coast.. they have different types of wax, and have a very good supply of all things needed for candle making... i have found that if i buy over 200 lb of supplies, including fragrance, wax, jars, ect..the shipping cost really come down..

  21. I like this one too. . And have tried dupes and still looking. .
  22. They sound good.. Let us know when you test.. Thanks for sharing. . You are lucky, getting to go and sniff right at the store. .
  23. i use a heat gun quite often...i have never had that be a issue.. i personally think, that the wick size is not right for the fragrance. the only tunneling i get, is if the wick is to small.. and i don't get a full melt pool for the width of the jar, and the appropriate burn time, for the size of jar every fragrance is made up different... so testing for each fo. is so important. sometimes it takes me a regular size candle, test burning the total candle before i get the wick right..
