i don't want to take away from this discussion...but... i know a lot of us are looking for dupes of TSW.. I just tested AH/RE Main Street Christmas...to my nose it smells a lot like TSW Christmas tide.. I know I love Christmas tide, and only have a few oz. left..so I was happy to find one so close. i think i may have a sample of Provence...i will look, if someone needs it to have duped..

I have never had that happen either. . I have also bought from candle science with no problems. .

Those sounds like some good blends..babs I like it so much the way it is. .i never thought to blend it with something else. .i use it only for candles. .

i personally think, the more that try it...they will love it.. if it is a good seller ( praying it will be) i sure they won't discontinue it. But we take that chance on any fragrance oil we buy. edited to say.... i have not ever tried Peaks..

to my nose it is a true cedar smell... very nice... if you like the wooden cedar scent drawer refreshers, you will love this.. get 1 oz. try it..that way you don't have much invested if you don't like it.

Ok..some more testing results. . Remember I use. .G.B. 415..and CD wicks. . Homemade apple pie (ky) excellent HT Woolen Blanket..hardly any HT in my wax. Candy cane cup cake. .i did not really care for this one. ..i am still looking for a good pepperment replacement for berts. Spiced Coquito.had a good HT, but I have others that has a similar bakery smell. . Pumpkin cupcake..again good HT, but have other bakery scents that smell simular. .and to my nose I didn't detect much pumpkin. .but it does smell very good. . Butterscotch marshmallow...good HT. But was not to crazy about it. . Salted Carmel & ginger..awesome HT..i love this one. . Pomalo sage..awesome HT..sweet grapefruit smell instead of tart..really like this one. . Juniper berry & sage. .love this one. ..another great HT. Country Gift shop..awesome HT.has alot of spice. . Really like it.

There is none other that compairs to sweetcakes. It is about $65. Per. Lb. I use it only for lotions. . AH/RE...Interlude is what I use for soap, bath bombs, ect.

Well I guess I am gong to be an enabler. . I just started test burning, Tennesse, Hot maple toddy. .with in 5 to 10 min it had an incredible HT.. Yum. .it smells good

I went and smelled of it. It's cold. .but I would not have thought sweet buttered popcorn when burning. But i might get a little of that.. being I smelled it thinking that. It is a very nice scent I guess you will have to try it out. .
