  1. I love .99 sample sales! I haven't ordered from CS before but have been wanting to try their oils. The pumpkin souffle sounds promising for soy...hope so!!! I ordered a bunch and then I doubled up on some! That's awesome when they let you buy as many as you want! Its just to hard to really test an oil with just one ounce, so being able to order 2 is wonderful!
  2. Michelle, your products are very nice! Very professional looking, but I am curious about one thing......you make and sell B&B so how did you come up with the name 'flameworks' for your biz??? Just curious...
  3. soycool, well aren't you going to tell us which scents are they??
  4. Ok guys, I'm getting confused here, we started out talking about Natures Cauldron, now are you guys referring to this place, or the somanyscents place?
  5. I guess my first question is why is this 'owner' repeating conversations they have had with one 'renter' to other 'renters'?? I would have reservations about what kind of owner this is and they sure don't seem to be very professional! As for having your stuff there too, why feel bad? Like everyone else has said, competition is good and people like variety! If this other renter wants to be pissy, let her, it will only reflect on her and her sales!
  6. funny! I was just coming here to post this exact same thing! Who is this Natures Cauldron?? I've never heard of them before either and they were selling fragrance oils......hmmm..anybody else heard of them???
  7. Well if their candles aren't up to par, I guess one could assume since they have no electricity and aren't into the 'computer' age, they have never found CT and therefore have no idea how to make a great candle! They must not have done their research and tested, tested, tested to make sure they have the best safest product they can produce! Gee, if only they would get some electricity and join the computer world! :rolleyes2
  8. I agree with you dirtybird....I am still looking for that pumpkin that is just that---pumpkin! I am afraid its not out there and you would think for as many suppliers that read these forums they would hear the cries for a straight pumpkin and someone would have one created, or atleast come close to it!
  9. Yes, BCN has the best KLP fragrance oil! Its smells so good and you can actually smell the graham cracker crust too!
  10. In the 'fragrance twins' thread its been said that most of these candy corns are the same scent just different suppliers (and price, LOL)....here's the thread... http://www.candletech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20804&highlight=twins HTH!
  11. You will NOT be disappointed with the Vanilla Bomb from JS in soywax! It is super strong and smells absolutely delicious. I have tried quite a few other suppliers vanillas in the past and this VB is the winner hands down! For those looking for good Vanilla's, check out JS, she is the queen of vanilla's!
  12. Ok, so this customer proofed the label via an email attachment that showed the exact label you then printed up? How badly do you want to keep this customer? I'd be trying to get her to meet you 50/50 on the cost of the re-do! If you get that you'll be lucky and probably keep the customer. If you want to for sure keep the customer re-do at no cost to them. If you want to run this customer off (even tho its their fault) for good, tell them they have to pay to have the new labels made! Just my .10 worth!
  13. Check out Fragrance By Design---they have awesome dupes of some of the top mens fragrances! Black Code Blue Sugar Green Irish Tweed (my favorite) And More! www.fragrancesbydesign.com
  14. My first pick for an upscale scent for winter would be Cranberry Fig from Brambleberry--don't know how it would be in soap tho....my second pick would be BCN's A Northwoods Christmas, its a wonderful cranberry pine scent. HTH
  15. Wow! I am honestly ashamed to say there are human beings in this world so damn stupid they would light a candle with a wick like that! Sounds more like they would light it on purpose so they COULD try and sue! Stupid is as stupid does!
  16. I've used their 'regular' oils in soywax and had great results. I have never tried any of their 'candle oils'. I found their oils to be very strong oob and quite strong in soywax. Try some!
  17. Oh I'm sure they are great candles! I would love to burn one someday but not at those prices..yikes!
  18. This is what I was wondering in my previous post...anyway, he IS trying to say his candles are all natural when he states there is only 2 parts in his wax, soybeans and vegetable oil...also he states he's using 'pure essentials' to scent with....
  19. What is 'pure essentials'? Is that essential oils or a fancy way of saying fragrance oils? Because I don't believe it can mean essential oils since I don't believe 'baby powder' is an essential oil! Or is he mixing some EO's to smell like bp ? LOL... Also someone please explain what is meant when he says "My pure soywax formula is made from only TWO simple ingredients; soybeans and vegetable oil - period! Interesting to say the least!
  20. Carmel dip is an awesome scent but it does have an apple smell in it also, its not just a straight carmel! Best Carmel Apple I've ever smelled tho...LOL
  21. Ok thanks Sharon! I was kinda thinking that must be it, but was a bit surprised that I couldn't find an explanation on the site anywhere.
  22. I could never get BCN's harvest to throw strong in pure soy!
  23. What does the (m) mean by some fragrances? I searched for an explanation on the CC site and couldn't find anything....
  24. I did try the wyw pp in pure soy and got a weak hot throw and very light cold. Now I used .5 oz pp as recommended so maybe it will throw at a higher amount but I am still looking because at the price of wyw its not worth it if I have to use more.
  25. Have you gone over and picked up the product they have not paid for? I'd be picking it right off the shelves (that is if its on the shelves and if there is any left)
