  1. I can't get this one to throw for anything. I use my own wax formula, maybe that's the problem.
  2. what company? Peaks smells wonderful, but for some reason won't throw in my blend, which is a real shame. NG's version is bleh.
  3. Has anyone tried this since they removed the pthalate?
  4. Holy smokes! I just went and looked at the price!!!!!!
  5. Having looked at the list, I'm convinced that this is not one of our suppliers that got hacked, but one of the payment processors. There is no "smoking gun" or common link amongst all of us.
  6. How about authorize.net. Might they have had a breach?
  7. Just to clarify for someone that might join in this thread late.... none of the companies named here are engaged in fraudulent activity. We are simply listing companies that we have placed orders from in an effort to determine if one of our suppliers was hacked.
  8. I don't see my name on here, but I have already posted.. maybe one of the other threads. I had a charge for web hosting services on my card starting a week after I made purchases back in September. The only three companies that I have used my card online recently was BCN, CandleScience and Nature's Garden. It's over a year since I've used BCS and Peak.
  9. I also had some bogus charges on my business card. But earlier than most of the people here. I had a web hosting company charge for a website to my card on 9/22 and then again on 10/22 when I discovered it. About two weeks before 9/22 I placed an order from BCN and Candle Science. The card was terminated shortly after 10/22.
  10. Add me to the list.... it was back in November and the only two sites I order from are BCN and Candle Science.
  11. Nice website! I did find on your candles page that the comment that burn time was approximately 50 - 90 hours was a bit odd. That's a very large range, and I assume covers proper burning scenarios down to just letting one burn from start to finish without stopping. My suggestion is that you limit the range to just the time needed to burn if burned properly, and if you wish put a footnote in describing the procedure used for burning to achieve that number.
  12. I was speaking to the owner of a restaurant that ran a groupon. They said that they actually make money on them! So many people buy the coupon, but only a small percentage actually cash it in, that they make money! Go figure!
  13. correcting CandyBee's post above... HT (not HC) is hot throw. could SO be "significant other".. I do see that on occasion here.
