  1. I would agree that is most likely the FO. Coconut FOs can be light sometimes. I usually use a 2:1 ratio for the mixture. 1 part FO and 2 parts DPG and soak for 24 hours. This is what I have always done and it works for me.
  2. That size premier seems a little high for a 3 inch jar. But depending on the oil I have a couple that I have to use a 790 in the pint mason jars.
  3. Northwood Candle Supply has ribbon wicks but I am not sure if they are exactly what you are looking for.
  4. China Rain, Opium, Dragon's Blood and Jasmine. These are always best sellers for me.

    water beads

    BCN has them.
  6. I use the 1 ouncers and ask $1.50 each. Then they get a better deal the more they buy. They are kinda a pain to pour but I sell a bunch of them. I would like to add that I am toying with the idea of going back to clamshells just because I am getting bored with the cups.
  7. Does anyone know how to contact them besides the contact form on the site? I have been trying to place an order but it won't go through because their SSL certificate expired. I sent a message via the contact form but they have not answered or fixed the problem. I cannot find a phone number on the site. Side note....this is my first order with them. Trying to try a few of their FOs out.
  8. I started with the RRDs but I was always getting huge carbon balls. I now use the Premiers.
  9. I have tested a couple of Northstars Ultra-Strong and they did not really seem any stonger than any other FOs.
  10. I buy from BCN also. I have tried other suppliers that were much cheaper but I was throwing half of them away so I wasn't really saving anything. I don't sell a ton of incense so when I ordered a couple thousand they last me at least a year.
  11. I would. At least get a sample to see what you think.
  12. Yes, Keystone bought the remaining inventory from them and the formulas. I get all my former Peak FOs from there. Also, I get that email yesterday too! He just can't decide what he wants to do.
  13. Night light, the square ones don't work so good for this. The ones I have seen you have to remove the heating element to get to the drain valve. The best fryers are the Turk n Surf made by Masterbuilt.
  14. Lana,. I'm thinking the same thing. It's not bad if you can find a turkey fryer for around $50 but the current going price is between $80 to $175 with shipping. I've been doing this for 11years and I have bought 5 of them.
  15. Yes, that is what I do with the turkey fryers too. Those commercial ones are nice but expensive, but if they last longer than the turkey fryers it might be worth it. How long have you had the commercial one? I found a couple on Ebay that aren't the big huge ones so a little cheaper.
  16. I had a very good response to Drunken Pumpkin last fall. Lone Star's shipping has jumped up in the past year or two. I used to be able to get a few FOs shipped for about $13. The last time I think it was around $20. So I waited until I needed a bunch of FOs to make it worth my while. I used to use Butternut Pumpkin but the Drunken Pumpkin sold better last year.
  17. So another one of my turkey fryers died yesterday. I have been using 2 melters, one for candles and another for melts. So now I have been lurking on Ebay looking for another one. But I have noticed with the asking price and the shipping the cheapest one is like $86. There are a few sellers asking $110 and $149 plus shipping. Yikes! So anywho.....for those that use the expensive commercial melters.....do you use the same one for different waxes and switch the waxes out every time? Is it a pain to switch out the waxes every time? I have done the whole presto pot route in the past and they are just too small. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
  18. I get a Amish Harvest from Keystone and it hasn't changed as far as I can tell.
  19. I got that email too! I stayed away when he reopened and just get my FOs from Keystone.
  20. I guess it depends on your nose. Lol. I always smelled more grapefruit but I had one person tell me they smelled more vanilla.
  21. Yes, I use those two for the aroma bead ornies and they work good. Another one I just thought of for spring is BCN's Vanilla Grapefruit. It is in the WYW line.
  22. Lilac from BCN and Sunflower from Millcreek are good for spring.
