  3. I was rather bored today and decided to dig up some of my cane supplies. They're always fun to make.
  4. Cute, they remind me of easter eggs!
  5. Just a though... Clamshells seem easier to recycle than individual wrappers. Maybe you can put a "Please Recycle" sticker on the packaging?
  6. Slightly to the left usually hits the spot.
  7. I bought a pound of babassu and it came in a plastic bag. The stuff was fine for a day or two and now is turning into a liquid and separating. Does this oil require refrigeration or do I leave it as is in room temp?
  8. Forgive the resurrection, but I came across this wax while researching. Is this the same one: http://www.candlechem.com/shop/?shop=1&cat=2&cart=94671 Wouldn't the 1% vybar eliminate mottling and help hold FO?
  9. Are you guys referring to avocado oil, butter, or both?

  13. If you're putting their wedding picture on it, I would use the actual wedding date.
  14. I think this way because it's a blend that I myself have tried. I've tried 50/50 as well, and also a 70/30 of 4627/444. Even the high paraffin % mixture acted and looked funky. It seems that you've had a similar experience before too: http://www.candletech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=53004 I'm convinced 4627 isn't blend able, but I'm glad it's working for you .
  15. I'm really surprised that you were able to make a satisfactory 70/30 or 50/50 blend with 444/4627. I'd imagine it would crack and pull away from the jar.
  16. Looks good, I really like your label. Is that metallic paper?
