  1. I was curious, too. I just assumed they decided not to close but I really have no idea...
  2. Husband and reluctant web designer here... too cheap to pay somebody I appreciate the feedback and advice. I made the changes you all were talking about. Please take another look and let me know if it is better, worse, or whatever else comes to mind.
  3. Sharon, I'm sorry... I forgot to add that I took the pics. Not the greatest, but I did the best I could do. I used my light box outside and then brightened up the background in Photoshop.
  4. Thank you all for the comments and tips. The last thing we want is for it to be confusing or difficult to navigate, so we'll definitely work on making getting to the actual cart easier. I really appreciate the help! Thank you! Jenn
  5. It's not perfect and we're still not completely done, but after having our site up for a few years, we finally have a shopping cart up. I'm so excited! Thank God for my husband and all of his hard work! feel free to let me know what you think... www.cleanglow.com Jenn
  6. I saw that and sent an email right away. Hopefully they can help me out...
  7. I know, it was out of the blue for me, too. I just hope I can find another good white chocolate. I've been searching since I posted.
  8. Their White Chocolate is one of my best sellers and I just ordered 5 pounds of it about 2 weeks ago to fill a wholesale order. I'm so bummed that they had to close. Does anyone know of another good white chocolate out there? Jenn
  9. Does anyone know of a scent that would compare to this? They've discountinued it and it's one of my bestsellers... Jenn
  10. Ok, I have to ask... do you paint them then bake them or do you just bake them in the oven at a certain temp and they turn different colors? Sorry, I'm clueless here. But it sounds interesting.
  11. That always happens with me. too. The scent seems to travel upstairs and is very strong in the hallway. So no, you're not crazy.
  12. I have been on a testing rampage lately and I'm not having much luck with several new jars I've been working on. I'm obsessive about it having to be perfect (as I'm sure we all are) and won't put something in my store that isn't. So with that being said, have any of you had success with this jar? I'm not asking for wick sizes here, I pretty much know where to start with that. I'm just getting impatient and want to know before I pour if you think I'm wasting my time. The jar store is discontinuing their rectangle jar so it's time for me to find something new. I've been able to get the Madison Jars to where I want them with a double wick and I'm thrilled with the burn. But I want to have something a little more unique, too. If these don't work, I'm going to move on to testing the Interlude from the Jar Store.
  13. Thanks for the replies. I tested one today and almost gagged because the throw was so strong after it was completely melted. It was a 6 oz. tin and I do 7% in a 50/50 blend. Maybe I'll lower the fo percentage and see how it does. I'm personally not a fan of wickless candles, tarts yes, but not the containers. I'm just one of those people that love a burning candle. But I know there's a huge market out there for them and I've had requests so I thought I'd see how they do. Jenn
  14. I've had some requests to add wickless candles to my line so I've decided to do it and see how they sell. I'm going to test for myself, but I was wondering how much longer the scent really lasts? If you had 2 candles, same wax, size, and FO %, but one was wicked and one was wasn't and the wicked candle typically burned for 40-45 hours, how much longer would the scent throw usually last in a wickless? I just can't imagine that they really last that long.
  15. I'm testing this scent now and it looks like I'm going to have to wick up. Has anyone else that uses this noticed that, too? There are very few oils that I carry that I've needed to do this with so I just thought I'd check.
