  1. I wanted something natural looking for a shelf for the Christmas show at my kids school, and any other shows for fall. It is made of willow and tongue and groove wood, stained. I still have to add a few more signs. The fragrance oil soaps are on the top row, the essential oil soaps on the bottom. This is just on my kitchen table, but I will probably buy a nice olive colored table cloth for the table for shows. Anything I should change or advice?
  2. Cool Thanks for the website! I checked it out just briefly but it looks like it could help in many ways!
  3. Okay, let's say instead of greasing up the pan.............how do you do it?
  4. I want to make mini pumpkin pie soaps. How do I line the metal tart pans with freezer paper? They are 4 3/8 X1 3/16. I will cut them pies into 4.
  5. I love the look of the oakmoss soap. That's so cool! Great job on the lotions too. Very professional! I think thats a perfect look for an EO shampoo bar too!
  6. Ya Crafty......you were right! Next is the pumpkin spice I got from you! Just have to figure out how to line the small metal muffin tins!!!
  7. I have an 1 oz of 'canwax' hazelnut which smells EXACTLY like popcorn. I never thought I'd use it so I gave the rest away!!!!!!! PM me if you want it.
  8. Yep it's cut. I'll add the pic to the first post. I forgot to mention that I used Goats Milk for the liquid, and added bits of cut up olive oil soap (to look like almonds in my biscotti) I've never done this before, it worked really well. The soap is supposed to darken to brown, I'm counting on it, then the swirls will be more obvious.
  9. Ya but 'Amber' is an orangey color so it'll work out great!
  10. We'll all contact her, on her website........and tell her we know she did it!
  11. They look identical to my shaving bars, except mine are a naturally colored green from Hemp. Nothing like a soap that smells like butter! MMMMMM.....
  12. Saw-weeeeeet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love chocolate covered cherries.......That soap is beautiful!
  13. Today I made a soap with Bramble Berry's Almond Biscotti. It is awesome! It pays to read the description, and other notes on a particular FO. Here's what I noted....Because of the cake flour notes, this fragrance does discolor a dark brown. I did not color this soap at all, knowing that it would discolor to brown. I did not add the FO to about 1/4 of the soap, so it would stay white, and I could swirl with it. When I added the 1/4 of the soap to the fragranced soap, it was all the same color so I had no idea how it would turn out. After 2 hours, it has already discolored, and my swirls are noticable! PHEW! CUT PIC ADDED BELOW *after 24 hours.
  14. I noticed that Bramble Berry carries a Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice candle FO. Description: A great orange juice can completely change your focus in the morning (in a good way) and this fragrance should do the same. With delightful notes of fresh, Florida Oranges and supporting fruit notes of cherry, grapefruit, and melon, Fresh Squeezed Orange is bound to become a favorite for waking you up on those more sluggish winter days.
  15. Love them........Your soaps are always so pretty!
  16. I've been asked by someone who makes melt and pour soaps, if I could make a melt and pour base and sell it to her (for her soap business)..........I probably won't but was wondering how you actually do it.
  17. Very cool. Nice thinkin'! I make my own too, with nails in the front that just slide out and so I can take the large front wooden part off.
  18. Your soaps are truly amazing! your banana bread soap, is making me hungry......How many weight watcher points per peice? LOL.
  19. Ohhh Ahhhhhh..........I love how you piped out the foaming scrub into the containers! Beautiful! What are the colored specks?
  20. Super-Dee-Duper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nicely done! They'd be so fun to soap with!
  21. It looks great!!!!!!!!! Swirling in the log is really difficult, you can't really know what to expect until it's unmolded and cut! (For me anyways)
  22. Do I ever love those!!! Those are beautiful for Christmas!
