  3. I beleive your talking about a wavy or crinkle cutter for cutting french fries.
  4. You would cut costs up to 50% I've never heard of any seperation issues. I would be corncerned about the heat issues in a storage unit in Texas.
  5. Thats what the discussion was about. The .138 was for virgin coconut on RJ's calc
  6. Actually the sap used for 100% coconut was .138! Check out the thread http://www.the-whisk.us/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5158&highlight=coconut&sid=56a52d73807ca550ac08a874c0d11446

  12. It is the same. I have 15.6 oz water dispersable TD for $6 I was going to put in the classy's
  13. Looks to me like the film that forms when it gets cold. If I mix up lye and let it cool to room temp I get that, if I put it in a jug with a lid while warm it doesn't happen. It looks like is referred to as "lye lint"
  14. Ok, I can't Reilly see the pic very well, but this was just discussed on another board and the consensus was that it resulted from inadequate stirring. Don't know if that may be what happened to you.
  15. Is it a skin that forms on the surface? If left exposed to the air it will do that. I stir really good and pour thru a tea strainer
  16. I don't see any reason it would be soft other than the amount of water. I use hemp oil and it shouldn't be a problem. Should be fine with a good cure You might want to try discounting the water next time lye x 2
  17. Thats it!! can't forget the soaping rituals:laugh2: Or the proper clothing, my loving wife posted a picture of me making soap:embarasse
  18. Another good point about pre-mixed lye, you don't have to deal with the fumes every time you want to make soap, so it is healthier:D
  19. Exactly what I was going to suggest! Or some fishing line an 2 sticks.
  20. Curious? Was the lye in a sealed container?
