  1. Wow….just wow sounds like she needs to just try the crap herself - write her own review 🤷‍♀️
  2. Are kidding me? I only have a small bag and did not test it yet but I held it back from a destash thinking I would give it a go….now I’m upset I didn’t just let it go
  3. I do it all the time ….actually most scents I poor are multiple blends using up 4 different ones the only thing to be aware of is how good or bad it may smell 😂 you can use a-tips or blotter strips to get an idea of how or may smell before you put it in product
  4. I’m in SE Michigan and there is only one that I know of in this state is southern scentsations in Flat Rock I have never bought from them figuring a 4-5 round hour trip was just as much to have my go to suppliers ship to me BUT now with shipping rates I might reconsider but then again gas has tripled 🤷‍♀️ I don’t think they carry my wax anyways but worth checking out
  5. PFO got back to me and pinion has not been reformulated- it’s the same as back in the day of MW she said they get notified of changes and there have been none on this 10 pounds is very reasonable imo if it is indeed what I remember it to be a gamble still ….yes but I’m a gambling girl 🎰 I am going to place the order of anyone is interested PM me turnaround is anywhere from 2-4 weeks
  6. Crushed strawberry and rhubarb is wonderful!!!
  7. Yours is Amazing dragons blood - nothing else compares
  8. I will keep you posted on the what they say about price and turnaround to get it I won’t hold you to it if it isn’t the same - I’m hoping for the best 🤞 and most definitely will at least throw it a melt to be sire it’s spot on
  9. Got a reply from PFO they do have pinion pine - sales were low so they haven’t restocked it I am considering special ordering 10 pounds, she is getting me a price ….it’s a gamble because it’s been years since I used it but quality is definitely in their corner with the Moonworks fragrances if anyone would be interested in some let me know so I can see how to tip the scale here- to order or not to order 🤷‍♀️
  10. Candybee- I emailed PFO and asked about pinion pine, not sure if the code for that one came with the buyout or not but I will let you know what they say I am hesitant to order more mistletoe now 🙈
  11. 464 is a super soft wax….at least it was years ago …3 CD 6 wicks is ginormous - way too much wick Are you dead set on 3 wicks? That seems overkill to me for that jar….2 would be plenty If you do decide on 2 wicks I would try the size 4 or maybe 5 in CD- if your set on 3 use size 2 or 3 for a starting point
  12. For container palm? 9 ounce jar I would start with a RRD 37 eco I’m not sure but maybe a 4 for a 9 ounce jar
  13. Are you outside of the US? I have never heard of this wax or that wick series Hopefully someone who has chimes in to help out generally speaking 24-48 hours is a good cure without fragrance to get wick tests done but adding fragrance can drastically change your wicking - having a baseline test like your doing most definitely helps speed the process and understand the wax your using
  14. I found this post in my quest to see if Millcreek was still operating - been going through my embarrassing amount of fragrance oils and found 1 big bottle of hardly any left artic air…..omg I love this scent, it was a dream back when I used 415 and I can’t believe I didn’t even know I had any left I seriously assumed they were oob like so many other suppliers I used over 10 years ago I was just on their site and contemplating getting some more arctic air …..last thing I need is more fragrance seeing I’m cleaning out crap I didn’t even know I had 🤦‍♀️ BUT this was such a good one Are there recent users of this company out there with coconut wax or apricot wax …. I’m not going to put the cart before the horse this time around 😂
  15. Yes….and when they first took over it was limited what they would bring in and had to do pre buys ….I just moved on I guess I haven’t ordered from PFO in years 🤷‍♀️
  16. Ahhh Moonworks 😍….loved them I also remember getting so many Tennessee candle supply scents tested and ready to go only to be shocked they were gone (poof) just like that nothing seems like the good olde days anymore 😂😂 I tried a few old mill I believe, never did buy tradewinds
  17. I think your right…I’m gonna pour me one and see 🕯
  18. I remember bluegrass - I don’t think I ever purchased from them but when I first started out I bought from snowdrift farm….anyone remember them? But anyhow I haven’t had many go bad either - a few a few I bought off Craigslist way back when were nasty rank….And one of those was a blueberry something that I couldn’t get out of my car for weeks 🤢 I have some from around 2009 2010 that are still just fine
  19. Please keep me posted - would love to know before I order 😂
  20. Hmmmm- not sure I want to go down that road 😂 might go in my get Rid of pile-lol or it’s a small bag I could give it a go with some USA or soy modifier and se what happens 🤷‍♀️ I have some Midwest still - have you used that at all? How does it compare if so
  21. I second crafters choice - wholesale supplies plus pricey- yes but shipping is included in the price and hands down the most real smelling out there I have found outside a fragrance compounding lab ….they have essential oil blends as well that have not disappointed me so far - well the majority anyways 😂 some smells I just don’t like woodenwick does has nice ones but for me they don’t throw for crap in my waxes Another place is sweet cakes - they have some good ones as well but I think most available suppliers are going to have a certain “tone” to them - like Bittercreek smells like plastic to me - natures garden smells like cheapness with the exception of cracklin birch - I love that one flaming has a something nasty undertone I dislike but a few after cure smell fine and rather good candlescience I have a few favorites but most are either sweet or chemically I do like elements and some Aroma Haven as well ….it’s a hit and miss game for sure but EO might be more up your alley for what your describing
  22. What the heck is 454….I can’t keep up anymore with the new stuff - I used to know all the waxes with the exception of most paraffins a few years back- now I can’t make heads or tails out of what they are coming out with good to know…. not to try
  23. I’m making them when I can - I’m not selling anymore at the moment - hopefully one day again, been slowly going through all my supplies and re-organizing everything to try and get back at at….problem is I keep hearing all this dam wax no matter what it is is different every lot and every supplier 🤦‍♀️ I have plenty of stock for awhile but when/if I buy more who knows if will be similar 😂 I’m so amazed at all the new waxes they keep coming out with - I just want my old easy beads back! I am mainly using coconut blends right now - some soy added in but I haven’t found a straight soy I love anymore…kinda going back to some paraffin blends and palm also I’m all over the place 😂😂
  24. It could work - I would go the extra mile and poke relief holes as well if your going to do it but like TT said the 444 I had was awful and notorious for this no matter what I did….I personally gave the case away and moved on not wanting to deal with it
