  4. very nice! lovely space (i am so jealous) and great felting. thanks for sharing.
  5. i typed in 2 ounce white twist up tubes and elements have them. container and packaging has them as 2.5 ounce deodorant tubes
  6. wow. that is a great window display! loverly candle. thanks for sharing.
  7. i would loose my firetrucking (love that word!) shit if someone did that to me. there is a b and b maker on etsy who copied almost exactly a well know b and b maker's labels, names, well just about everything.
  8. its only the stockholders of loreal who are making any money from aveda. there is no them like there is us.
  9. i live in a town that has an aveda school, for cosmetology. they have a sales area where all the products are for sale. the prices are outrageous. not so much the services though you are getting your hair done by a student. a perfume (1/4 ounce) goes for 24 dollars. and its nice, but it isn't spectacular.
  10. thanks! i searched again after i posted that and found one. much appreciated!
  11. would you mind linking a newbie to the recipe? i've heard so much about it. thanks!
  12. you're right about that jack. i do not make candles, never have. and only thing i noticed was the sloshed bit up on the sides of the glass. all the rest of it looked good to me. i bet the video is meant to show basically how candles are made not the entire production of candles. like the L*SH videos that show the minimal production of bath bombs or soap.
  13. it's hard when something like that happens. i have people ask for unscented all the time. try it out and see how it does.
  14. use the iso. that is what is used for cleaning.
  15. those are some loverly tops. thanks for sharing!
  16. your containers should not arrive dusty at all. switch suppliers. there are so many suppliers of containers out there (sks, csp, etc.) that the quality should be excellent. when people are talking about alcohol in this way them mean rubbing or denatured alcohol. not vodka or brandy. i can't find the smilies but here is a try
  17. for the home crafter you cannot sterilize. without an autoclave or other equipment it just isn't possible. however you can keep you equipment very clean, and as soon as you open the bag of say lotion tubes, transfer them into a large baggie that seals that is to say if they do not come in a re-sealable bag and keep in mind that companies lie. (see fragrance listed instead of preservative.)
  18. those look so nice, so simple and clean. but omg, look at that stamp. stunning work.
  19. oh that is a very nice selection!
