  1. Ok now.... What part of MS? Is it close to me? I'm in central... Oh you got me excited.... Emily
  2. Are you in Mississippi? We need a supplier....LOL I vote for J223 and 464 and oh, can I throw in cd wicks too.... Emily
  3. Was there a noticible difference in ST with the one with CO? I have been wanting to try that sooo bad but havent had the time.. I am very curious.. I love the that combination for a blend.. I just wish I could elimate having to heat my jars to get great adhesion.. Emily
  4. Hi Dave, Here is a thread that tells what the numbers mean.... http://www.craftserver.com/forums/showthread.php?t=75412&highlight=zinc HTH! Emily
  5. My DH and DD said the sugar cookie smelled like cake.. So that is as far as I took that one.. I wanted a cookie...LOL Asian Amber is great! Peeps around these parts say they use it as an aphrodisiac(sp?) If you are applying this in a candle..wick up. I have samples of the other scents but have not put them in wax yet..I do love the Black Currant and Nectarine oob. HTH a little... Emily
  6. I don't use 415 but I make a blend with 85/15 223/464.... CT and HT is the best I have found so far..To get good adhesion however, I have to warm my jars and I pour at 160.. I love lx wicks the best but I have been trying the zincs in my 8 oz jj's. I use 44-32-18 and it is mushrooming horribly too. I have read this forum alot and most everybody uses the zincs with 223 but then I read that you shouldn't use zincs with a parasoy blend..So?????? I think I am getting better scent throw and barely any mushrooming with the lx's so I am going to stick with them.. HTH! Emily
  7. Sharon, thanks so much.... I have searched for awhile and have tried several that was just the crisp clean type but not what I was looking for..... I can't wait to get it ordered and try it out:yay: This will also be my first time trying NG so I am excited about new variety too... Thanks again, Emily
  8. I would love to hear your results with this wax so please keep us informed. :smiley2: Emily
  9. I am searching for a fresh linen with this description... Fresh Linen - A fruity floral blend of peach, watermelon, neroli and jasmine on a dry down of aquatic notes and musk. Has anyone happened to run across one matching this description? Thanks! Emily
  10. I was testing it with mainly CS oils.... Cranberry Marmalade..Pumkin Souffle..Rainwater.. Bird Of Paradise..and a few others. I started out with 6% fragrance load but my tarts was just not coming up to the ones I made with 464...Went up to 9% and no difference..I made a few votives using LX14 and 9% fo and I was just not pleased with that either.. I'm glad its working for you but my quest has to continue.. Emily
  11. I had been using 464 for my tarts but wanted to try something different because of all the smearing on my packaging so I ordered 10 #'s of Eco PB and I am not impressed.... I even went up to 9% and waited 2 weeks and still can't get the HT that I was with the 464... I am going to try blending it 50/50 for tarts till it's gone and then I am gonna try KY's votive blend.. I have not tried to dip anything so I am curious bout that too! Emily
  12. Sweet Linen Tutti Frutti Linen Peachy Sheets And I like the sweet dreams too! Emily
  13. Number 5 would be my first choice and then number 9 would be my second...
  14. Is is the smaller one? If so I single wicked alot of my scents using 464 with lx 24...I sometimes double wicked with lx 14..that is as far as I got in testing that wax with that jar.. HTH!!! And sorry for getting a little off topic! Emily
  15. Oh my gosh... It is beautiful.... Absolutely love the colors... I wish I could do that... Emily
  16. I really really wanted to try some of his fo's, but now I never will. I am just a peon too and that is way out of my league.. I missed the sample sale and now I am glad I did cause that would have been money wasted with that minimum.... That company is too wishy washy for me.. Something is changing every other day.. I like stability! Just my thoughts.... Emily
  17. From the way everyone talked I thought I could not possibly afford the KY tart wax with shipping but I emailed Vickie and lo and behold it will be cheaper for me than I am paying for the Eco PB.....So I will be placing an order this week. I just hope I get the great results like all these rave reviews I have read about it...LOL Emily
  18. I used mostly CS oils when I was testing this wax and mostly all the three leaf rating ones I tried threw great... I will have to look back at my notes but i remember Cranberry Marmalade, Honeysuckle Jasmine, Wildberry Mousse, RainWater, Honeydew Melon, Brandied Pear, and Macintosh Apple throwed strong using cd and eco wicks in my 8 oz jj's.... HTH! Emily
  19. I think soy has a better CT overall. Though it really does matter which wax specifically because my J223 is right up there with my 464 at this point. Emily
  20. CS has htp wicks.... When i was playing with 464 in a 2.5" diameter container, I got great burns with an Eco 4...I could not get a good burn with htp wicks.. CD's did great too.. And it was an 8 for a 2.5" but CS does not have those... Emily
  21. I played around with the CO in my soy applications and I have just recently started playing with parafin and was wondering about the CO in parafin.... After awhile my soy candles that I made with the CO seemed to morph so I gave it up. Have you happened to of tried a test for that in the parafin? Thanks for the info! Emily
  22. I am wondering if these survey results would still be accurate? Just curious cause I am searching for info on 4633..... Thanks!
  23. When I was using this wax I used Eco 4 or 6, Cd 8, 10, 12, and the Lx's was a 14 or 16.....In my testing, I found the Eco wicks to perform the best...then the cd then the lx...for the 8oz jj's... Never tried the 8oz tins only 6oz... HTH! Emily
  24. I think Eco 4 is pretty close to cd8.... an maybe htp93/104.. I am just now trying out the htp wicks so a little iffy on that one... HTH! Emily
  25. I use 464 with a 6% FL and a 3" diameter jar and my wick size is either a 10 or 12. I like to keep my MP around 1/4" deep or otherwise it tends to burn my scent off to quik. Hope this helps! Emily
