  1. MMS has a Grape color that will give you a dark grape purple color.
  2. My only advice is to always wear gloves while working with the raw soap, it burns like heck. Also, I wouldn't start with a floral FO, they tend to trace quick. Good luck on your first batch. I did my first batch about this time, last year and have been going non-stop since.
  3. Thank you all for the nice comments. Another first for me, I used coconut milk powder in this. I am anxious to see how it does.
  4. Beautiful, and very real looking. Darker leaves would make it perfect. Great job.
  5. Beautiful orange swirl....that orange is definately on my to get list.
  6. A little, just to make the blue stand out a bit. I am making a note on the recipe to add a bit more next time, it could have used it.
  7. My latest project, Karma from OT, colored with Ultramarine Blue from MMS. It is still a little rough looking as it hasn't been cleaned up yet. This also my first soap with anything blue in it, I had been dying to try it out. Thanks for looking.
  8. Very nice, I think the colors are just beautiful.
  9. Beautiful candles Donita, as always.
  10. It is something Sherie and I are thinking about right now. I have to sit and figure out what it is gonna cost me first.
  11. Beautiful soaps, I also love bay rum.....nice!
  12. You didn't pick a wrong color or wrong scent. Nothing wrong with brown soap. I have a couple of scents that turn brown and they are great soaps. Congrats on your first batch.
  13. Beautiful colors, can't wait to see them cut.
  14. Beautiful soaps as always, just love the pink swirl. Brenda, do you notice a difference in the gelled and ungelled soaps?
  15. If you like lemon, her Lemonheads is fab in soap, sticks well.
  16. Beautiful soap, love the colors. :smiley2:
  17. Those are great looking Henry. I wouldn't have thought anything about which way the color was done, if I had gotten one of those as a gift. I think just the way you tapered the color is beautiful.
  18. Thanks for the replies gals, I think I will stick with the super glue. I have some other projects I want to use the stretchy cord for.
  19. For those of you that make beaded jewelry and use the clear stretch cord. What kind of glue do you use on it to keep it from coming undone. I used superglue, but wondered if someone else had a better idea of something to use on the ends to keep them from coming undone after you tie them. I am pretty new to jewelry making, and very new to the stretchy cord. Thanks!
  20. Very nice, really like the colors, they suit the name.
  21. Wow, beautiful job on those Michael. I really like the bright colored ones.
  22. Beautiful.....love the little heart embed.....very simple but cute
  23. Very pretty....hope it doesn't discolor on ya.
