I got to looking last night for an option for labels. I have an injet and don't want to buy a laser. From what I've been reading, the Durabright ink (for Epson's) are somewhat waterproof and smudgeprooft. Any else use an Epson with this type ink? I'm very curious to see if it really does hold up. TIA!
Hi all. My friends husband is a graphic artist and he drew me up a monkey logo. We will use the different colors for different products (When I get around to that.) I LOVE IT!! Just wanted to share. Let me know what you think! (No the white writing will not stay in there, just for cloning purposes. Trademark pending.
They carry safflower oil too.. and if you want to natural color/scent... things like paprika or cocoa would be good too.. Hope I got you before you left!! OH! dont' forget to look for some mold possibles in the kitchen area!
I have GOT to know where you got that monkey mold!! It is SO cute and happens to match my new logo pretty darn close!! Oh! AND very very cute soaps! You've inspired me to go and make some more.
Hey now.. don't give up so fast. We can show you some really inexpensive places to get a website and the shopping cart won't be much (promise!!) If you want, I can help you with putting your stuff together. I hate it that all your hard work went to waste. Send me a Pm with your contact information (outside of CT) and I'll see what I can get together for you.
My most awesome additive for my m&p's is a loofah. Yep, 1/2 the entire sponge. I cut it in half and put it in my mold, then pour in my base. They turned out so awesome!!
When they get to where they wont stick - spritz them with your liquid, they'll go back together. AND - you can always take the extra and put it in a baggie until you make another batch and mix the old extra into it. HTH, Ginger Funky Monkey
