I called my county office, and I dont have to have a license unless I'm in the city limits. I'm not. I told her a home-based website is all. I finally got ahold of someone that led me to the sales and use tax forms to fill out. Am I missing anything??

What could you put tealights in that you could use for samples? Something that the scents would mix or would suck the scent out?

Has anyone tried the flavored oil for lip balm from Berts Heaven Scent? They have alot to choose from.

I have working on my website. For those of you that do lotion, lip balm, or anything like that, can you use Bath & body on your website. Pertaining to the stuff that you make? Is Bath & Body a trademark name to where you cant use it like that?

I use BCN spiced cranberry, is NG close or similar?

Could I put on for key words, discount to some of the name brands, like yankme, or home inferiors? That way, if they typed in those namebrands, my website would come up somewhere on the list?
