  1. My guess is the round pillar has a flame that is too large, put it out, trim the wick and relight. You might want to redirect the wick more to the other side as it seems to be burning more on one side.
  2. Most times you can get a range of different candles from 1 pour with the 415. I add CO and most of my 8oz tins are smooth all over but the jars can vary between smooth and lumpy. Just get your heat gun and go over the bad ones the day after.
  3. I use straight palm container crystal wax and RRD wicks. Too big a container and you will always have dancing wicks and a blackish rim towards the end. Less burn hours than soy but lovely to look at.
  4. I prefer the 415 and add CO. I never experience cracks which I did with 464. 415 is hard to work with but is a lovely wax and burns well, although it is a bit tempermental.
  5. I use it at 5% in GW415 with co and it is a winner, good Ct and HT and wow it is nice
  6. I use UV in all my candles but have found orange to be my worse fader and red next. You have to keep these colours way in the shade or out of light.
  7. This email reeks of scam!!! watch out for it or let us know if you have received it. I am obviously not going to respond. 8. Unfortunately palm wax in containers does dance around no end, it is normal. The burn should not have a melt pool on the first or second burn as it burns down and then out. It does burn quicker than any other wax in a container but try adding a little coconut oil and it extends the burn time. You won't eliminate the dancing or the huge flame at times but just trim the wick
  9. Sometimes pouring fast does cut down on the air bubbles, I know it is against the rules, but it does work. You have to add stearic or vybar, though
  10. I use a lot of candlewic liquid dyes and the only runny one is the white which is actually a pigment. All the others have the same consistancy. If it is cold they become thicker but hopefully you always shake them very well before use. They mix very well together
  11. Just chuck it straight in the wax. I do the same with my EO's

  18. We have just been informed that paraffin wax has gone up again (3rd time this year) apparently the demand for paraffin products has gone through the roof. Our prices have doubled. Looks like the cheap chinese candles will flood the market now and we will have no way of competing.
