    I am glad I saw this thread! I also have a big show coming in October and it is really encouraging to read this!!! Congrats! on a job well done! What scents were selling the BEST for you? I have alot of candles already made....but I would like to make a few more and haven't even started my wickless! I am trying to get some pics together for my brochure!     What do you mean by rustic? I make rustic and I use square 8oz.mason jars! You could also use the typical mason jars you use for canning.?.....HTH..... Kimmeroo

    Pouring for my spa line and filling a few orders....umm....and getting ready for my biggest craft fair! I am making(candles) a little for every season. Kimmeroo

    I don't know if this would work w/palm..I used to make gel layered candles and they would bleed too,so I poured a very light layer of straight paraffin...that worked! Just thought I'd share! Good luck! kimmeroo

    I agree w/Lorrie! I would def. get the other candle back so at least I could re-melt the wax and put it into a new candle! I don't think that is unreasonable at all! I also agree with sending a "special" something for doing so! Or, if you didn't want to send something...give her a discount or a buy one get 1/2 price or something!     Beautiful soap! I wish I could make soap! I love that scent! I am burning a 26oz. soy candle now in that scent now!lol. What are you going to do with them?If you are going to sell them let me know I would love to buy some from you!!! Kimmeroo

    Has anyone got wicked wet spots with j223? I have almost a whole case of it left, I guess I am going to try wickless with it! I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem as me!? Kimmeroo

    I know of a lady who makes little balls out of the wax and puts the balls in a mason jar and calls themsnowman poop and the brown ones are moose poop! LOL! It;s pretty creative and there is no investment in molds! You already have the jars! HTH! Kimmeroo

Nothing What you do to prevent rough tops? Pouring @ a hotter temp. Do you do anything to prevent wet spots? Haven't had any, yet! Kimmer

    I use CD's! I also use C-3 and I just got a shipment of 415,just to see the difference between the two! Kimmeroo

    Waiting for bulb jars for my spa line,finishing up some ornies(muscadine,cool water,pink sugar,tobacco( LOL),balsam,carnation,& clean cotton.Also, trying to find an adapte for my printer to print labels on my laptop! That's about it! :undecided Kimmeroo

    I also use C-3 and heat to 170*,add color and fo then cool to 160 then pour.I have had good luck that way so far and smooth tops. I have only had one that frosted the rest are ok.The one that frosted my mother took,so maybe it was the change of atmosphere??? I try not to let that bother me,as soy is a natural wax and who can predict what kind of natural reactions may occur?:smiley2: HTH.... Kimmeroo

    I saw this thread,sorry I am a little late,but I had to comment on the glass glow and how beautiful they turned out!!! Where do you get that scent ocean? A friend of mine has been after me to get it,cuz she bought a candle in that scent from Time & Again,now she can't find it anywhere.What color exactly is that? I tried to order this wax but they are out of it. TIA... Kimmeroo

    Has anyone had any trouble with Spiced Cranberry? I have tried it several times in soy(C-3) and I also used C&S's premier wax(blend) and still no cigar!Then I thought I would make ornies to get rid of the scent...and still hardly any throw!!!! I got the scent at C&S,since it is closer than BC. TIA, Kimmeroo
