  1. I ordered from them once when I did use that wax, I blend my own now..did the EAP wax smell like doughnuts when you melted it? I had the same experience with NG's Joy wax.
  2. Congrats my friend! You so deserve this! You are such a hard worker! I love everything you make and create! Go Girl! Kimmer
  3. Try Pink Zucchini Bread! Yummm! Smell's Awesome! Pink Marshmallow..Pink Pumpkin..Pink Funnel Cakes..Pink Pralines..Pink Pancakes..the list goes on and on!
  4. Try mixing the Pink Sugar Type and Lovespell Type together! Very Nice! I do custom order's so this is not my own blend but it is pretty! PS can be blended with almost anything! Have fun and Play!
  5. I worked at our ice cream shop! Trapp..you should have come to NY for some Custard! Hope all is well! I can't believe you weren't playing with wax! lol Kimmer

  7. Hi Trapper! I miss hearing from you! I need me some Trapper's Lodge wax! Maybe sometime in April..going out of state for a while, need to get away from the snow and cold! lol Nice to hear from you! Kimmer
  8. Someone has asked me for a pure Peppermint scent. I have used Jack Frost but that has vanilla in it and tone's the Pmint down a bit. This person want strong, knock you out, type scent. TIA! Kimmeroo
  9. Try combining the 4627 with the 4630 50/50 and see if that work's! Have you ever worked with soy? If not it's a whole different ball game than paraffin. I have worked with both and have been testing an all paraffin blend for almost a year and finally have found the blend I like. I hope you find what work's for you soon!
  10. I know Chuck..lol I was sent a wax melt from someone and I just love the texture..so I am on the hunt to try to find the type of wax without buying every single one out there..and Scent** was the only wax I could think of the just about everyone would know the texture. lol The melt I received has no vendor name, just the scent. I just thought I would throw it out there..I know there are a lot of wax melt maker's (myself being one..I use a para soy though) that have tested a lot of wax. I knew it was a long shot. I guess I will be making a trip to Peaks website to order some paraffin wax to play around with. Thanks for your reply! Kim
  11. Scen*** wax. What kind of wax (blend) do you think would come close to it? I would just like to get close the that texture but have no clue where to start. Thanks in advance!
  12. Love..Love..Love..Love! Great job (as usual) wink..wink..Trapp! <3 Kimmer
  13. Following this thread..I too am looking for some good berry scent's..especially Raspberry! Every one I have tried have a slight floral scent to them..that I don't like. looking for a sweet raspberry scent...TIA.
  14. Hi Joannec! This chart has helped me for year's! Stella from this board sent it to me..I used it alot! http://www.wickit.net/recommendations.html Kimmer
  15. These chandler's are the BEST Flair! I hope you are doing well with your chandling now..the only thing I haven't seen mentioned..that is a personal prefferance of mine is to store your "set" (already cooled) candle's upside down...this way the fragrance oil will stay evenly disributed within the whole candle while curing. Happy Chandling! Kimmer
  16. Hi Belinda! How did this blend test? i am thinking on trying it.. already have some 4625 thinking about ordering a sample of the 6006 but want to see if anyone else has had good luck with this combo..shipping is crazy! Thanks in advance.. Anyone else eve try this combo please reply.
  17. I haven't used it with the buttermilk pancake's but I have used it with icream scoop bread from JS..and a little bit of chocolate kisses from ICS as well. it is awesome! You don't need alot of bacon..it tend's to be overpowering. I am following this to see how it all turn's out! Have Fun! B@BlissStreet
  18. Thanks Trapp! It so true..candle making is like a marriage..you have to work at it! I miss all of your picture's you used to post..should go look them up on here or at BC forum..I haven't been there in a while..I tried to get back into it over there but it seem's so dead. I really miss it! I still have a tad bit of your Autumn Spice melts that you made me in the jar too! Not going to melt them either..they are too cute! Kimmer
  19. I am so sorry Trapp! How do you like the 464 over the C3? I don't make candle's much anymore(just for myself) I have been hearing rave review's for 464..I even have some but never tried it..lol
  20. Awesome! I will have to try them! TY both for the response..I do appreciate it!

Hi Sandy..I haven't been on here since I posted this..anyways..I made a few tester's and found (in my case) that the longevity depended on the fo as well as the warmer..and IMO yes..I think your warmer is too hot. I also have a 30watt which I love and really don't care about longevity..I change out my melter's 2-3 time's a day but I know if we sell, our customer's are looking for longevity and strong throw. I am still testing this blend. I use a Glade 20watt for most of the vendor wax..I use 24watt for BHG or Scentsational's wax. Good luck!
  23. Moderator's will you please delete the 2 post's above from me. I was just re-reading and was going to add something to the reply but it ended up repeating the same response twice. So sorry!
  24. I used to use C3 for candle's as well. I always tempered my wax..melting it to 200* then letting it totally cool, then re-melt it again. I always had better luck with it after tempering. Other than that I can't see where you are doing anything wrong. I always used to pour hot and had amazing results. Make sure you let your candle's totally cool before you put the lid's on them and store them upside down to keep thr fragrance evenly distributed. Let us know if any of the tip's you have tried worked for you! Good Luck! Kim
