  1. They all look great, but I especially like the pink rustics. Good job!
  2. Cooler should definitely help. I use 1343 and have to pour very cool to get it rusticized.
  3. It looks so delicious...Like whipped cream or frosting mmmmmm
  4. They all look great! You certainly have been busy. I especially like the color in the Patchouli soap w/ red Australian clay.
  5. I think it looks great! I like the colors & shell varieties you used.
  6. You can also try Health food type grocery stores for the coconut oil, but it can run expensive sometimes.
  7. Here is a helpful link you can read to learn methods used to break up your slab: http://www.candletech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41668
  8. I found these at the dollar tree earlier this month and bought a few as an alternative. They are nice to have where flames and melted wax aren't safe. I definitely agree these are not as bright as a real tealight, but an ok alternative.
  9. I think they look great and possibly more so because they're not "clean"...I'm with you on the Vanilla though can't stand the scent.
  10. I do think it looks awesome as is, but if it smells more like an orange or mango maybe more orange would be an appropriate color.
  11. I have had many "discolored" days. That is why I now try to stick to dye chips. Good luck with your hands.
  12. This was a recent post, might be some help: http://www.candletech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41778&highlight=wood+wick
  13. IMO a marathon burn is somewhat important just to be sure that nothing crazy happens. Of course it isn't likely in votives that you'll have trouble here. You just never know how long some people will burn candles for and it is good to know that if they do it nothing terrible is going to happen.
  14. Of course the duck looks adorable and you did an excellent job, but I know some golfers who would die for the third one. Thanks for telling how you did it the pic makes it real hard to tell what is really going on. Great job on all of them!
  15. Thought I'd add one more. Scented Mardi Gras by NG.
  16. This Red is Peaks Red Oxide, but I haven't seen it since they changed their site. Beleave it or not it isn't foaming red or pink.
  17. Looks so nice and creamy. Looks like peanut butter and chocolate fudge.
  18. This one was not supposed to be soooo dark. I had an oops moment and decided to just go with it. I meant to go pink rather than red. It is scented Pink sugar. The second one is scented Lemon Pound Cake with Poppy Seeds and there is no color added, just the FO. It smells just like the real thing, I want to eat this one.
  19. This looks great. I bet this is going to look really nice when it burns down.
  20. I love these ones too, almost as much as your cranberry citrus ones although these would look really good in my kitchen. Are these really as big as they look?
  21. Mine is from Home Depot. It is a Milwaukee works great warms instantly and was $29.
  22. I sent them an e-mail too, but I wanted to use it this weekend.
  23. I have Peaks Pink Sugar FO and I cannot seem to get the crystals out. I had it in hot water about 1.5 hrs, I've shaken, I've even heated he water in the micro (that I placed the bottle in) to be sure it is really warm. I can't get rid of them. I can't find anything here on the board that has any other ideas for this stubborn one. Is it hopeless? I know it forms crystals typically, but why can't I get rid of them? Is it a bad batch? :undecided
