  1. I have no problem selling mine and they are about 5 oz. I have however seen some people selling them at shows as a set of about (6) 1 oz. samples in a basket, to entice people who may be on the fence about which one to choose.
  2. Labels by the Sheet has templates on their website, for at least somel of the labels they sell.
  3. Yeah, definately call KY and check. Her votive/pillar blend is wonderful and is easy to wick.
  4. In the HTP series, I would start either with double HTP104 or HTP105. *I* would probably try the HTP105 set first. Good luck Henry and let us know how it goes.
  5. Both of them are beauties, great job, really digging that green swirl!
  6. I think they turned out well. Definately an improvement over the first batch, cosmetically speaking. It does get easier, the more batches you make. Great job though and bet they smell wonderful.
  7. Almost any soy you will have to put more dye in it to get the deeper colors. I use the liquid colors in mine and get nice dark colors. To get a good red, add some orange to your red and it will take the pink out of it. I do 3 parts red to 1 part orange.
  8. I love Jack Frost, the one from Lonestar rocks in soap. I couldn't get it to throw in soy though.
  9. They look great, bet they all smell wonderful. I have been wanting to try Karma.
  10. I like the diff. colors you have in it, sorry the soaped turned out sucky, cuz it doesn't look bad at all. Sometimes FO's morph really bad and soap and turn out disappointing.
  11. Yeah, I am less than 5 mins. from Lonestar....very handy when I need something in a pinch.
  12. I love Coconut Milk from Peak, did great in my soy. Only problem is that I couldn't sell a single candle in it. It would probably be great as a mixer.
  13. Honey, welcome to the wonderful world of candlemaking. Most of us have spent hundreds (some, thousands) of dollars perfecting our craft.
  14. I think the yogurt would be fine in the soap, as cream, milk and buttermilk are all fine for soap. If I were personally making it, I would probably try 1 tbsp pp at trace, for starters. I currently use 1 tbsp pp of heavy cream at trace in all of my soaps.
  15. I agree with Meredith, I would buy a couple of sample packs. If you are single wicking, it definately needs something larger than a 73, maybe try a HTP105 or larger.
  16. Love Love the site Bunny... the graphics are kickin' and the colors rock! You did a fantastic job on it, congrats!
  17. Fudge Brownie from Lonestar throws excellent in soy at about 7%. Scents up my entire house, very strong.
  18. Tupelo Honey is very nice in CP soap, turns a light tan color. I didn't like OOB either, but Sherie soaped it and it really mellowed out and smelled nice in the soap.
  19. Wow, that is very cool looking, just like a real cupcake! The whipped part will probably take a few weeks to get hard, but never gets as hard as the CP, and it is more fragile to me, than the regular CP. It will stay white though, you don't have to worry about that. Great job!
  20. Very pretty, like the design on the last one.
  21. You are becomming a real soaping addict, nice job!
