Thanks! It's actually sun, moon & stars FO. It's perfumy to say the least. I can't liken it to anything to help paint a picture. I don't want to call it what it is. Sorry about that second soapp starring at anyone. That is rude lol. It does have a goofy look lol. I wanted to call it Orion's belt, but this isn't a male scent. I thought about Andromeda. It just might fit!

Several years ago someone on this board ran a coop for flat plastic dust covers, three small holes in the top. I've finally run out of those, but cannot find where in the world these things were offered. Anyone know? I'm not looking for solutions or alternates for these things. I want exactly what I had if I can find them or I will have to look into another company making them I suppose. They are flat clear plastic disks with small sniffer holes (three around the wick), about 3x3 size. Apparently I don't know what to search for on the Internet or I have the wrong wording for it, because I get anything but those. And today became the first day that the search here has absolutely aggravated me and proved it's worthlessness. I do know that no, BCN does not carry this stuff nor does Candles & Supplies or WSP. Past threads that search brought up for me show only container dust covers, which I am not interested in. These are not coasters. They wilt and deform just like shrink does except they are of a sturdier or thicker plastic. Any ideas on what company carries these?

If you like earthy scents, I think you'll really enjoy the Earth Goddess. I'm absolutely so in love with it that I can't bring myself to pour it.

And I think Peak had some of them too, so look there as well if you want. I think there was too much inconsistency in the colors that helped to lead to their removal. There could have been any number of reasons they aren't available through TKB any more. It's just my guess that the inconsistency issues with first the yellow and then gradually with the other colors may have led to some issues. Who knows, maybe there's a suspect ingredient in them too. I am not sure how others differ from what TKB carried or if they do. When I'm out of the pops I will go to something else.

LOL! You know I made some of these with dead sea mud in one batch and aussie pink clay in the other. You're right, they do feel pretty good. I have used these before and never really paid attention to the feel.

Relax and enjoy it. I used to hate soaping but it's ok when the fairies are out playing somewhere else. Before I soaped my first batches, I used to say there'd be a slight mushroom cloud reported on the news that no one could understand where it came from, but I haven't blown up anything yet.

Would like to see them. I imagined they existed for ball molds and maybe chocolates, but not in other designs. Hope your child isn't getting high off the wax remover lol. If I ever get back to my shaped molds, maybe he'd clean mine lol!

Got it. I guess I was under the impression you were combining the two to make your tarts. That's why you test to find out. It isn't necessarily that more FO makes something stronger, howIever, in the case of Sugar Cookie it is one that I had a problem with from several suppliers. Most of them actually burned so to speak and stayed on the bottom of the pot. This may just be a tough FO to find. I had better luck adding it slowly and warmed. If it is mixing fine halfway through adding it to the wax, then I suspect you're maxing the load the wax can take from that particular supplier for that particular FO or there's a problem with the FO you have. I would still call Morris and seek out their advice on your issue. Maybe they know something we don't. Because there are different grades of oils I expect and different suppliers supplying to the supplier you bought from. Different formulas. And in a few instances you don't know what the supplier you bought from does to their oils. Maybe it is cut, thus making it weak and it if was a weak fragrance to start with, then it becomes weaker. Another reason I mentioned Carol K, because someone else had said maybe the oils were cut and she came forth and said they weren't. I was just saying for anyone else reading that I happen to trust Carol's opinions on fragrances so I would believe that the oils weren't cut from the supplier you got this from. I don't have the oils nor the time to test out this supplier. Unfortunately you ran into a fragrance that is among a few that appear to be difficult for you to add to your waxes. Typically if I have to perform a circus act to get a fragrance to work after a handful of tries to get it to work, I will ditch the fragrance and strike that FO from the company (particularly if the supplier cannot help me suggestions on how to make it work since it apparently does for everyone else.) I hope there's a solution for you issue. 4794 has a good reputation as a votive and tart wax, but maybe it is just incompatible with the components that make up that particular fragrance oil.

Shame on you!! J/K! I may have to check this out when I get around to snooping through sites and that won't happen until I finish a major PITA project at the job that makes the cash that I can spend on such items. Hope someone has suggestions for others to get, because one bottle isn't going to cut it if they're still carrying it.

Might be a good lesson for me to check the salt before making a batch lol. I had some salt recently trying form a perfect cylinder I suspect. Fortunately it did break up.
