  1. I LOVE her molds, and she does custom. Also, vanyulay does great molds. Laura on here (tropicalbreezecandles) does molds. I don't have any of hers--yet--but I've bought awesome embeds from her and know that she believes in high quality.
  2. I've bought several for both candles and b&b and have never been disappointed. Yes, their prices are reasonable as well as fantastic customer service. If you do a search on here, I think you'll find a ton of positive remarks and suggestions.
  3. I've only tried Peak's Amish Harvest, but I'm impressed. Actually, I was on the fence about it for a while and didn't pour any candles last year. I recently pulled out a soy (cb135) candle that has to be at least 2 and maybe 3 yrs old. I haven't made container candles in that long, and I figured that all I would enjoy was the glow. This candle was on my screened porch at my beach house, and the scent was beautiful not only on the porch but in the entrance living room. I became a believer.
  4. I am really impressed with her getting these prices on ebay. The candles are beautiful, and I wish I could afford to give one a try.
  5. Monica's molds are beautiful and top quality. Also, Corey at www.midwestmolds.com does custom molds. I've got a couple of hers, and they are beautiful!
  6. It's not just you! Just tried, and it wouldn't load for me.
  7. www.midwestmolds.com Be prepared cause she's got some great stuff!
  8. As always, everything is beautiful! Corey's molds are all so nice, and I wish I could get one of each.
  9. That is a quite reasonable price on that item. Do any of you have a problem with certain fo completely blending? I used cyclo for little body sprays at one time but switched to a perfumer's alcohol base after problems with several fo not blending well. I would like to have something less expensive for a room spray.

I can't help you with your question as I have no knowledge of this printer at all. I clicked on this thread because I was really expecting either a question or some comment about a wick the size of a tugboat rope.
  11. I'm green with envy! And, your batch looks awesome. *soap porn approval*
  12. I missed seeing the pics, but I would buy the votives. I burn votives a LOT, especially in my bedroom and bathroom.
  13. Yes, I did mean that she more than likely prefers handmade or she would not have spent more $$ on soap. Most of my regulars will use nothing but handmade because of a skin issue of some type. My negative experience with the shop owner was obviously from her previous poor experience with handmade soap.
  14. Lindsay, have you gotten the mold yet?
  15. I won't do a show without help--either DH or my sister. DH is quite a good salesman.
  16. I'm baffled at how anyone could not know that their soap was so caustic. The customer has obviously used handmade soap before or I doubt she would be taking a chance by buying again even from a different seller. Several months ago, I approached the owner of a bath shop here in town about carrying my soap. She was quick to let me know that she had tried handmade soaps in the past that she felt were of poor quality. She would not even look at my soaps or accept any samples. Actually, she was quite snotty.
  17. I want a Silvermoon, too, but was concerned about the time frame. I'll have to keep watching the classifieds for a log mold.
  18. I use a lot of olive and avocado oils in mine along with just a tad of jojoba spheres for a little exfoliation.
  19. When you open that box, you'll be very pleased!
  20. I bought a soy container candle from Amy's Accents done in this fo a few months ago when she had them on special. The scent throw was beautiful.
  21. I have no problem at all with suppliers or anyone else recycling boxes. One supplier that I use regularly does this, and we often joke about some of the boxes used on the supplier list group.
  22. More than adorable! Love that packaging, too.
  23. I've used these before and have packaged in a couple of different ways. For the most part, I buy the clear bags that fit whatever size I'm using and tie it up with ribbon. I've tried shrink wrapping these but wasn't too happy with the appearance.
