  1. That's just stunning. I can't for the life of me get those colors.
  2. When I'm in a pinch, I get it at Ace Hardware.
  3. Meridith, those are some of the most beautiful soaps I have ever seen!
  4. I got a coupon for 25% off at a conference and ordered from them. I didn't find many reviews, but I ordered anyway. I've been happy with the ones I got. I don't have my notes right now, but I've used them in cp and in wax and haven't been disappointed yet.
  5. 50# is $78 and change at Prime Ticket in Myrtle Beach.
  6. *soap porn approval* The colors are so vibrant and make these such inviting bars. I also appreciate the fo reviews!
  7. Sandra, you've got me wanting to try using the btms now. However, I thought the btms was to be used instead of the e-wax. I know I've got more reading to do, but what did I miss on that subject of one or the other? BTW--this sounds and looks wonderful!
  8. Sandra, your soap looks great! But, I'm a Michelob Light gal.
  9. Cornmeal might do the trick--yellow or white.
  10. Adam, are you seriously gonna stay with HCM? Give it up and move.
  11. More than most, I understand where you're coming from. I lost what some would consider a fair amount of money with hcm from believing and trusting verbal agreements. Once I lost trust, I had to make the decision to cut any further losses and just chalk it up to a learning experience in business. I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. I'm new to having a website, but I'm certainly not new to the business world and fly-by-night "business" people. I don't think that I'm the only person who signed with HCM after being assured that I would have top-notch customer support and guidance as a new website owner.
  12. I'm stunned that anyone is still with him. HCM clients have known for many months that there was no cs.
  13. Have you tried the formulary on the Herbarie? They have several shampoo recipes that I've been meaning to try but haven't had time.
  14. Definitely Cranberry Marmalade, Hansel & Gretel's House, and the Ocean Breeze.
  15. Before I started making my own, I rarely bought less and 16 oz.
  16. There are several other places that will give you good customer service and follow through with what they say they will do. I know exactly how you feel about paying in advance for something that you don't get. People will promise anything when they have no intentions of following through. I highly recommend Designer218 for good customer service, replies to your questions, etc. I moved several months ago and have been very pleased.
  17. Good luck with this one. I've tried doing a pink swirl, but I mainly just end up with a dark brown bar. But, I do use goat milk and don't add any titanium dioxide.
  18. Wow, Jen! It's looking really good from here. I also want to say that you have a really nice variety of candles to offer, and your photography is absolutely wonderful. Good luck!
  19. I use the colorants from www.chemistrystore.com
  20. Did a search and see that Peaks is recommended for cp in this. I've never smelled the real thing and don't have a BBW nearby. Can anyone tell me how this compares to the BBW? Thanks in advance for any help with this or recommendations.
  21. I received the Pumpkin Cornbread in a tart swap and immediately fell in love and ordered. I've put it in cp, and it's really a nice clean scent. Other than wax and cp, I haven't put it in anything else. It's a keeper. Can't help on the others.
  22. I've only used Peaks and love it so much that I found no reason to try another.
  23. You're making me want to pull the gel out again. Great work!
  24. I did a batch Monday night with some and added at trace.
