  1. Lovely palm pillars Sabrina you do them so well, also like the pyramid, thats cool. Sally.
  2. Nice waves, they're fun aren't they. sally.
  3. I generally use 0.5 - 0.6oz E.o's per # in Ecosoya PB & cure for much longer. As with f.o's you will have to test to see what amount works best for you. HTH. Sally.
  4. I'll have one of each please.......they are all wonderful. Sally.
  5. Fab layers, the colours are vibrant & look so good in the glass glow. Sally.
  6. Coooool, it does look like mother of pearl, just as beautiful undyed as it is dyed. I like that hint of colour it's got from the f.o. Sally.
  7. I hold my hand up too Nat, & I too have learned rather more in the time I've been using soy. I don't see anything there that is either misleading or innacurate. It's refreshing to see the whole soy v para saga explained simply & without drama. Sally.
  8. I usually use Eco's in my containers & votives & LX's in my pillars, tho the LX tends to mushroom more with certain FO's so I'll probably try the Ecos again but twisted this time. Both LX & Ecos burn with a curl so the melt pool is a bit lopsided, a touch less so with the LX I think. There's little choice here, for wicks & everything else I use. Sally.
  9. I've got some cute 1/2 oz tins which I like to use. Also they don't take up too much room on the table. Have fun at your fair. Sally.
  10. I love that place, it's so good to see the blend recipes in front of me. When I get my soy only pillars working right I want to use Eo's in them so I'll be a frequent visitor for more ideas. Sally.
  11. I am soooo looking forward to your class Judyvega, if my rustics came out half as good as yours I'd be making progress. Sally.
  12. I've not had that problem with the metal tape , sometimes it can be a bugger to remove....especially if my finger nails are too short & occasionally the wick feels a little sticky but usually that's when I've poured a bit hotter than I normally do so I guess that's what causes that. Good luck finding something better it's so much easier to use than the putty stuff. Sally.
  13. I like it, very Fresh any month of the year. Sally.
  14. Always superb soaps GG, I'm in awe! Sally.
  15. Very nice, I love the effects. Sally.
  16. Coooool looks like you had fun too. Sally.
  17. Wow I want one each of those they are fab. Sally.
  18. Very pretty, & yes I see the G string, tho it looks like a mans to me! Sally.
  19. Beautifully presented, no wonder you did so well, everything looks so good together. Congratulations! Sally.
  20. I've not used that FO but I have had it happen with a Berry Bubblegum tin. It got worse with age but burned really well, however I really don't like the FO so it won't be a problem in future. I've had strong vanilla's & FO's with vanilla in rusting wick sustainers so I'm guessing the pumpkin souffle has a bit of vanilla in it too. No clue as to what to do to stop it happening tho. Sally.
  21. Ground cinnamon & cinnamon sticks are from the bark so I think cinnamon bark EO would be the one to go for........I've got a little cinnamon leaf EO & its not what I want either but I can't find cinnamon bark EO anywhere yet, now I'm wondering if it exists. Sally.
  22. Sickeningly gorgeous........you always do a great job with your rustics. Sally.
  23. I have a digital infra red laser thermometer too which I will check with the ice method........I've been meaning to do it with boiling water but my brains like a sieve so I keep forgetting .lol. Sally.
