  1. I live in the desert where yucca plants are plentiful. I've tried it in soap and didn't notice any difference. It makes for some nice label appeal though.
  2. I agree. Miller soap site is a good resource.
  3. Thanks Steve. My mom and grandma didn't make swirled soaps. Theirs were hot processed and rustic.
  4. Cool! Looking forward to it being cut.
  5. Thank you! The black is activated charcoal.
  6. Right now, to me, it smells like sweet anise candy.
  7. Depending whether you like woody, floral or spicy, here are some good ones: Sensuous Sandalwood, White Tea & Ginger, Energy, Yuzu and Almond. Moroccan Mint is nice too.
  8. Ahoy Matey is the same thing. I don't have my notebook with me, so I'm not sure who the vendor is. I think it's Day Star?
  9. Thank you. I'm happy the way it came out.
  10. So far, I haven't found one that works with MP. I know some people have used the cheese cutter with good results.
  11. For MP, I like the fragrances from BrambleBerry or The Scent Works.
  12. Lavender and Spearmint is quite nice. Or Lavender, Orange (5X or 10X) and Patchouli.
  13. Good for them if they can get those kind of prices.
  14. Unless it's trademarked, I don't think you can do anything about it.
  15. They are well known, so they can get away with it and people do buy. I find their shampoo overpriced too. I looked at the ingredients and I can make mine better.
