quietgirl2004
And here's the back. Its hard to read on here. Sorry. It saysGod saw you getting tiredand a cure was not to be.So he put his arms around you,and whispered "Come to Me".With tearful eyes we watched you,we watched you fade away.Although we loved you dearly,we could not make you stay.A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands now rest.God broke our hearts to prove to usHe only takes the best. gerrie
I am so sorry for your loss. I'm sure your mom will cherish that candle forever. I made one very much like that for my SIL, had the picture of his dad on the front and the same poem on the back, it was the memorial candle when he married my daughter. He actually read the poem and there wasn't a dry eye in the crowd, very powerful poem. You did a wonderful job on the candle.
