  1. Hello! I have not been around for quite a while! I was curious on your opinions of JS cranberry sauce, and cranberry twist in soy. If you have tried either, did you love them, and which did you prefer if you have tried them both? Thanks!
  2. My kids got me a candle for my birthday...and its from Walmart. But I absolutely LOVE this scent!! It's called Tahitian Sunset and I was wondering if anyone would have any idea where to find a fragrance oil dupe for this? It is amazing! Thanks for any info you have! Laura
  3. Anyone have any suggestions for where I could find a creme brulee similar to Berts? Rich, strong, sweet and creamy, caramelized goodness! No coffee, no chocolate.
  4. I got Just scents amish friendship bread and it smells fabulous! I think it smells JUST like bread pudding to me! Im going to stay with that!
  5. Hey Holly! I tried to pm you but it says your inbox is full! Anyway just let me know when you get the new samples, thank you so much for doing this! Hope everything is working out for you!
  6. Lizzy...you really think it smells like it? I may need to try it!
  7. got it. ty faithful, ill check it out. =) Does anyone think amish friendship bread is similar?
  8. Anyone have any idea where i can find an oil that smells like this, but not from miami-erie candle supply? I cant bring myself to spend $25 a pound. I have maybe two i fork out that much for...but dont want to make a habit of it. lol. Anyone know where else I could find this kind of scent? Bread Pudding: Fresh baked bread pudding with a blend of cinnamon, raisins, brown sugar, nutmeg, topped with sweet buttermilk sauce.
  9. Hello Holly! For some reason I didnt get a notification that you posted this last post! I am doing a small little craft show type thing tomorrow and I had one more Hazelnut Coffee Mug Candle left, was going to take it because it always sells immediately but I thought, no... i am going to keep it so I can smell it next to the sample. =) I am very happy to hear that you think its very close! So, did you smell both of the samples and do you think the same thing about both of them? Do either smell any different?
  10. Well, I sent them an email and never heard back from them... So, i guess im ok with that. I just couldnt do what they were asking that quickly. :/
  11. Hi everyone! Thanks for the input! Yes, they want a prototype by tomorrow. I think in a very professional way I am going to do my best to say that I can meet all their requests however, I am not quite sure of the most professional way of letting them know I can not produce a "mock up" of what they want by tomorrow. Im just trying to figure out how to correctly word this lol. I can produce a great product in the manner they are requesting, but not a picture of what that looks like by tomorrow lol....... and the price, yeah....im going to have to look into all this.
  12. Im just going to let her know that I am a home based business who doesnt have all of this in stock, on hand and that its very possible for me to do, but not at that price. :/
  13. I know!! Thats what im saying! My jar candles are $6 each normally and are just labeled. They dont have a fancy bag or box.
  14. Ok, i need some advice and help here! I have sold candles for over 10 years now. But Im a home based business. Do most selling online and locally. But I just got an email from an employee for a major company!!! They want 50-100 candles for holiday gifting. They want their company logo on the label, holiday bow. They want it in a gift box, which they want inside a velvet bag, with a happy holidays gift card. Here is the email i got from them: I have attached a lo res photo of our logo. We are looking to have about 50-100 custom candles made with our logo for holiday gifting. Please send me a template or vision of what your company can do for us. We are looking to only spend about 5 dollars per candle with gift cards and packaging. I look forward to your email. Ok i will be honest here, I have done lots of custom orders and put the companies logo on the label, special packaging etc, but I do not have all of these things on hand to put together by tomorrow and email her a "prototype". Im not even sure how to go about this or what to tell her. Do you all think im in over my head or do you have any helpful suggestions or advice?
