candleslh
Hey Liz, those are awesome girl!!! Just another style for me to try. I'm taking off a few days this week and I sure hope I get to make some candles. I always put up my christmas decorations starting Friday after Thanksgiving. But I definitely want to make time for some like this! I know I have a big order coming in any day now and that could mess my play time up. Elizabeth
beautiful! Are those draped layers? or something else?? (newbie here!!)Nope, not draped layers. I just waited til there was a heavy skin formed on the sides, poured out the remaining liquid from the mold and cut out the shapes i wanted with a skewer. Then I did a final pour with the green colored wax.

Candle Man
Those look great.I bet since you poured out the wax you could use a cookie too.
Elizabeth
yeah, u could use a cookie cutter, however it would be a little more difficult and there would not be the variations in size and shape of the "trees" (something that offers a more 3-D vantage).
