  1. Really? You are giving it up? Noooooooo. I'm having a few probs with my internet at the moment. Try to email me at scented@att.net and let's see if we can connect that way.

  2. Hey Julie. How are you? I think I've decided to sell my candle supplies. Can you email me?

  3. Hey Julie, what about cotton blossom? It's a light scent, but very clean smelling.
  4. Thanks you two. I tried orange, brown and a touch of red. It turned out perfect!
  5. I have rust dye chips and it takes so many to get it the right shade. What colors can I mix to get a good rust? Thank you!!
  6. I know, I know, I'm bad! I do a lot of reading still, but haven't taken the time to respond-sorry. I'll pm you and catch you up. It's been a tough year...can't wait for '08 to get here. It sure has to be better! My daughter and nieces ranged in age 17-26 and the Pink Sugar was their pick as well as my sister-in-laws who are late forties. My one sister-in-law wanted me to bring cuc-melon and then didn't even pick it.
  7. Hey Julie, When our family gets together for Thanksgiving, us girls try to do a craft. This year we made simple sugar scrubs. I took a variety of scents and of all the scents to choose from-they picked Pink Sugar and Lovespell. I thought they would go for spa-ish types or cucumber melon, but nope. I was very surprised. I think little girls would even like the Pink Sugar.
  8. Hey you all were right. I got my oils today and they smell great out of the bottle. I can't wait to get them in the wax, but I'm just to tired tonight. I got Christmas Tree (smells exactly what I was looking for), redwood & cedar, christmas pear, vanilla latte, holiday spice, cinnamon nutmeg & clove and I can't remember what else. I do think they are going to be great! Thanks Bert!
  9. Hey fellow Show-me sister!!! I'm anxiously awaiting my scents. But wanted to say hello.
  10. I have not tried any of the ones you have listed, but I use a lot of Vickey's fo's and have great success with everyone I've tried. She also has great customer service.
  11. Ooops, sorry. I forgot to tell you it was the Warm N Cozy. I don't use soy, so I can't say how it works.
  12. Yes, try http://www.kycandlewaxsupply.com/ To me it's a dead on dupe and I sell a lot of it. She has some great oils that work in soy.
  13. I need to make 160 votives for a wedding half of them unscented. I don't normally use this wax b/c I really like 1343 and use this all the time. I need to make some creamy looking votives that are unscented. When I do them unscented they don't want to come out of the mold. Can I add something like mineral oil to get them out easier? Any suggestions?
  14. I tried it in my 1343 and no luck either. I usually have good luck with scents and this wax. I really liked it too.
  15. Those are really adorable and I agree with the rest...I would buy the cute ones anytime over a plain looking one.
