I need to ship a couple of case of candles from Arkansas to Houston and need advice on best way to package these to eliminate breakage during shipping. I had thought about leaving in original case and then packing the case inside another box. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Ginger

At Christmas I had an order from a guy wanting a basket for his wife. He said she like everything which pretty well left me own my own and scared to death because I knew nothing about her likes and dislikes. I kept everything in the same scent since scents like to mingle but I did several different size containers, tarts and warmer, votives and holders, room spray and the such.Make sure you have things at different heights with the tallest at the back or sides. I was very nervous waiting for the wifes approval and she was thrilled cause my candles "were scented all the way through" and she loved the scent. I used a large basket which gave me room for little extras besides the candles. Just take a deep breath, play with different ideas and enjoy. Now that it's over I have to laugh at myself cause I was scared to death but I had lots of help from CarolK and had it finished a week before Christmas. Ginger

I've always heard that the wicks need to be about an inch away from the glass. Those look too close to me. Ginger
