    I would wait at least a month, in soap vanilla turns the soap brown almost right away in most cases.

    I have done it once, just to say I did it..It was interesting but not something I am willing to devote time to doing on a regular basis..

    I don't think there is a stabilizer for leave on products. I have used vanilla Fo's in lotions with no browning, but they all have varying amounts of vanilin in them.

    I wouldn't try it..I make HP in about 10 mins, I stir until it doesn't zap and pour it in the mold.. It doesn't over cook this way.
