    My dh made my moulds so I have lots, I prebatch the hard oils and lye for each batch and have all the colourants and FO's out and just go. I can get 5 - 18 bar batches done in about an hour.

    Perfect your product first..I make soap and spent 2 years getting it just the way I wanted it. I still tweak labels etc now and then but the soap had to be the best it could be before I would sell it..

    I add 1/8 cup of sugar PPO to every batch, I add it to the lye water before the lye, make sure it is dissolved, then add the lye..
