  1. Are you going to list some on your Etsy store? I like tooth soap better than toothpaste.
  2. I use a recipe pretty close to that one and I like my soap. I have heard of people using soy wax that was 100% soy. I think that should make a good bar of soap.
  3. Welcome!!! We got a second home outside of Medina, off of FM 2107. I LOVE IT OUT THERE!!!!! We spend a lot of our spare time out there:cheesy2:. You're a lucky person for getting to live out there, lol!!
  4. I love palm. I was able to have them sitting out side during the warmer months without having to worry about them getting soft before the end of a show. I have used both palm and 6006 and I think they both throw great! Like Carol said, have them cool slow and you won't have to repour.
  5. I missed something somewhere.... Why the increase?? It has been a while since I ordered supplies
  6. Here's mine, even tho it's been a bit neglected lately, lol! http://www.facebook.com/pages/WWWWendyByTheBaycom/146724611432 I became fans of the others on here. Everybody's pages looks great!
  7. I never tried to put honey in M&P put I do put it in CP. I have to warm my honey or it ends up weeping out of my soap. I warm my honey on a bowl on a candle warmer.
  8. I have shrink wrap bags that I wrap mine with. I think mine are 4x6 that I have to trim down a bit to fit.
  9. Not a fan of Love Spell either. Can't stand Pink Sugar even more. Too bad those two are my top sellers in B&B.
  10. Drakkar FO makes unbelievable soap. Can't keep my husband out of it when I make it. I get mine from BC. I love the way it smells.
  11. The same thing happens to me when I soap Pink Sugar. At first the soap looks yellow with pink swirls. It takes it a few days to start turning brown. Within two weeks it looks like chocolate with pinks swirls, lol. Vanilla stabilizer will keep soap with vanilla fo's from turning brown, if you don't like brown soaps.
  12. I'm going to go tomorrow to see if I can find those at my Target! About how many ounces of soap do they hold?
  13. I used to use GenWax a long time a go. http://genwax.com/scents/s___38.html I used to buy FO's from them, and it seemed like every one of their oils I got, smelled great and made great candles. The only reason why I quit ordering from them is that I found out that BitterCreek South is an hours drive from me.
  14. Looking GOOD:cheesy2:!! I was always tempted to rebatch a few of my bad batches but chickened out because it sounds like too much work, and with so many steps, I was afraid of really messing up. I'll have to try it your way, you gave some great instructions:yay:.
  15. I have both a FaceBook Fan page and Etsy. I really don't spend much time with either one, but they are both easy to make changes to. If you just want to display what you make, I think a fan page would be good, and it's free :smiley2:. You will need to make a personal FaceBook page, if you don't already have one, then you can start a Fan page.
  16. I just got that email too. Wasn't just by nature the one that recently shut down then came back?
  17. I buy "Christmas Tree" from Lonestar and people swear it smells like the real thing. I love it myself!
  18. It took a bit to convince my husband too. I quit buying store bought soap altogether. One he tried the CP, he was quickly hooked. Now he won't touch store bought soap. Good Luck, lol! He'll come around:)!
  19. Dang it, if I would have known the differences before I think I would have done a group page instead of a fan page. Thanks for the info tho:cheesy2:. I am going to join every bodies pages. Here's mine if anyone is interested http://www.facebook.com/pages/WWWWendyByTheBaycom/146724611432
  20. What is the difference in having a group and a fan page?
