We stopped doing shows for just this reason. I was furious at one event where we had registered and requested a corner booth. When our information came it had a note that the corner we had requested was already taken. No big deal I can understand first come first serve. When we got to the show the vendor that was in the spot we had asked for was a DS company selling the same items as out handmade. I asked the director why there was a DS company at a show that the rules stated only handmade. She said “Oh we needed someone to fill the space so we let her in at the last minute, what the heck that was the spot we had asked for! I was furious and filled a complaint was basically told to get over it and we never went back.

There are so many factors that affect the how long a tart will last and how strong it is. The warmer that you are using makes a huge difference as well as the temperature of your home, if you have the air conditioner or heater on or any ceilings fans running. I can melt a tart on a day that my heater is on and have it completely fill my home for 12+ hours and the same warmer with a cube from the same package on a cold day with my homes heater off will not make it 5 feet from the warmer. I would not say there is a “brand” that is better and I would assume most of us here that spend countless hours testing and re-testing are doing so to create the best tarts possible. I personally don’t purchase store bought melts to know which ones are better simply because I won’t buy from someone other than another small business owner. There are too many wonderful people hand pouring candles and melts to spend my money on a manufactured item. I think you might be pleasantly surprised if you give a handmade tarts a try.

I would agree nothing seems quite right... I will say there is definitely something nice about the new scent from Peak, Frasier Fur although it may not be a pure Christmas Tree it is definitely worth trying.

Wow!! Love the packaging, where did you find it?? I would love to make some colored chocolates with the same idea. Of course only if you don't mind sharing, if not completely understandable.

I don't know how but I have never seen Moonworks before, so of course I need to try it! Any recommendations?

Frasier Fir is awesome!! I wish I would have gotten some of the other new ones but I totally missed them. They have wonderful shipping and great scents! Blueberry Muffin, Creme Brulee and Sugar Cookie are wonderful.

We have seen the same thing almost no paypal payments, it's great!

I recently placed an order for new fragrances. I have ordered samples from the company once before. The last time I placed my order it was shipped to the correct address. When I went to place my larger order my account had the wrong address so I updated it. It somehow shipped back to the old address, the website had only changed my bill to address but somehow my ship to address remained wrong. So my package sat in another state at the shipping service. I emailed the company just to let them know and to see if they could change my address in their system to avoid this in the future. I paid to have the box forwarded. It arrives and one of the caps is off the bottle. Luckily it was double boxed and all the bottles were in one bag so it did not leak out on to the main package. The bag was full of fragrance, I am guessing it had been leaking for quite some time because all of the labels had been ruined and were no longer on the bottles. I had to throw out the package, it was just too difficult to clean and the caps to the bottles had began to become soft. I emailed the company twice and this time no response. I will call tomorrow, I am curious to know if you have had this happen before and if the company was willing to offer a replacement. It is not directly anyone's fault, I am sure they thought the caps were all on but I am out $ plus extra shipping and would have to order again but am fearful for the customer service. In the 5 years we have been making products I have never had this happen. Thanks for your feedback!

Absolutely.. it is such a blessing and a curse! I have a LOVE hate relationship with the holidays...

I was recently asked by my spouse if I thought I might have an addiction due to the large amount of samples taking over my scent closet that are know filling tables in other rooms, possibly. I just ordered from Peak dang it!

We are also having great success with Tinsel. We carried Nutcracker last year at shows and it also did well.

It can change the cold throw of your melts and it all depends on the wax, fragrance, and manufacturer of the clam shell. It is also more detectable to some people than to others. In our experience it is scents that have vanilla.

Oh Booo!! I need to place an order for Hot Buttery Cinnamon, Kitchen Spice, and Nutmeg Spice.

I am wanting to try Paradise Punch. I hate how there are three choices for the scent concentration, which one did you pick? They have so many great dupes but the threads I have pulled up for them seem to be on the negative side. If I was not always spending way too much $ on scents I would jsut give it a shot!

After searching for this company I am a bit leary to order. Has anyone tried any of these?

Unfortunately some people just have no business providing customer service. So many of us work so hard with our personal businesses I can't begin to imagine if we treated a customer like that. I hope I never feel "entitled" to make any of my customers feel like that with a snobbish email.

I also just received some of their oils and thought the Cinn Sticks was not as strong. I ended up using Peaks instead.

Oh dang it!! What to do with out Cozy Home and Monkey Farts... anyone know of similar ones off hand??

I have never hear of this supplier but now of course I just need to try it! Has anyone used any of the other scents?

We also have found Lone Star to have the best leather scent. Their cedar is also spot on!
