Really, Wish I lived up there then. I took someone to court because they took $1,800.00 of my money for classes and they closed up shop the next day. No clases, no refund just dropped off the face of the earth. I won the case, it's now 5 years later and I still have not seen a dime of my money back. Can't garnish his wages because he doesn't work and is on SSI, everything he owns is a joint asset with his wife so it's untouchable. I can't even put a lein on his house! You will find sometimes the law protect the criminals more than the law abiding citizens. Ass backwards if you ask me. Good luck.

I don't know if this person is in the US or in Canada but good luck trying to get someone from US to show up for court up there for less than 100.00 bucks or for any amount of money for that matter. Extradition for not buying something would be a first I think. All the fees etc and what, they "legally owe you" still does not mean they will ever pay it. I am sorry that this happened to you, I know how frustrating it can be. But think of it this way you probably can't force a sale so chalk it up to never doing business with that person again. If you have too many issues selling or buying then maybe you should consider taking your transactions to a place that has consequences for this type of thing. At least you can have some recourse. Don't you miss the days when a hand shake and your word sealed the deal? People lack integrity anymore.

No your not, I think everyone is ordering as little as possible so their funds are not tied up in product. It all rolls downhill though. Don't even get me started about the shipping rates, shipping only went up 4% on my end so why am I paying so much more to ship wax? And have you noticed that some suppliers are not giving you the hundred weight discounts? Why bother stocking up if one case is the same as 10 to ship. I'll keep my money in the bank too.... and the cycle continues.

For years I have always used the old school pen and paper with a calculator method and I am thinking it is time to get with the times. For those that have used these programs which do you recommend for simplicity? I plan to use it with PayPal. I read over both and viewed the tutorials then read about 100 conflicting reviews so I am not sure which one to go with. Some have just way too many features so why pay for that if you can never use them? Any impute is appreciated.

Okay just for the heck of it I checked out ebay and someone by the name of secondnaturearoma has pistachio for 10 bucks. Actually they have a ton of oils that look pretty tempting and dirt cheap but they are new to ebay with a score of 18.

I have no idea, I bought several pounds of pistachio maybe 4 months ago. It is the only oil I get from them. I have to go take a look now and see what this new website is.

I don't give anything away for free. It's not free for me to make and replace so why would anyone think they would not have to pay for it? I may send small samples with paid orders from time to time but that is it. I love the "sample your product before purchase" letters too. We must get 10 a week. I wonder if I wrote a letter to my bank and asked to sample their money before I considered opening an account. See how well that goes over. In the unlikely event that all the emails went to everyone of their spam folders, the phone call was never returned. I guess it is possible that maybe every single avenue I used to contact them to make them aware of the situation simply failed for some reason or another. Or more likely it was dismissed or ignored. I do not think posting about the situation is a "cheap shot" by definition to anyone. Honestly at this point I could care less if they replace it or refund me, what's done is done. I will never place another order, I would never want to deal with the aggravation again, it's principal.

Really, because if you read my post I stated I contacted them by email, then phone call and left a detailed message on the answering machine then reforwarded my email to all 3 that were listed. I would say waiting a month before posting here is acceptable nor would I call it a cheap shot or slamming anyone for posting it. Thanks, I am sure that many people have had nothing but great experiences with them otherwise they would have gone out of business a long time ago. I am simply taking my business somewhere else. So much time has gone by they really couldn't say much to change my mind anyway. Like I said maybe I didn't buy enough from them for them to give a crap. Exactly. This is why it helps to copy your website to disk and pictures of your products and mail it to yourself and never open it. A postmark is legal. That way you can show in a court of law a time line. Web archive is useful and so are Trademarks and copyrights are public record so it's a cinch to simply direct them to the uspto.gov website. That usually stops them in their tracks. Especially when they see the penalty for infringement. Thing is even if you win, some of these "infringers" are not even worth the cost of taking them to court, if they have nothing you get nothing. I disagree, Unfortunately I have seen plenty of people make a name for themselves with other peoples hard work. Life is not fair and people do not always get what is coming to them, it is sad to say. I guess if you spend all your time worrying about what everyone else is doing you just drive yourself mad.. Just keep doing what you are doing and hopefully Karma catches up with this person. I have dealt with that over the years too, annoying is an understatement but you are right. eventually they fade away Pictures, meta tags and keywords, plagiarism, custom blended scents, products, packaging. If your stuff is any good people will copy it. The best is when they try to coin it as their own and turn it around like you are the copy cat isn't it? The most memorable moron that stole from my site was a few years ago copied my content word for word. I confronted her and she had the nerve to try to tell me off saying that she has help from other people writing stuff on her website. Like it was not her fault that one of her many friends that has access to her webshell copied me. She said she never even heard of my business and I need to get off my high horse because I should be flattered! Once she emailed me I had her IP, cross checked that with webstats and there she was on my site for months harvesting stuff. Over 60 visits a month for 4 months. I copied and pasted it in my response and emailed it to her and never heard from the moron again.

I have read before that AH RU is not good at answering emails but this is ridiculous. I had emailed them January 1st about an oil that went rancid after just a few months of purchasing it from them. 2 weeks went by with no response and I called and left a message, now a month later forwarded the original email to the other email addresses. It's been over a month and they have not even acknowledged the issue. It was da lime in da coconut and it's a brand new full pound. It smells like burnt rubber. Really wasn't looking for anything other than to make them aware of the issue and asked how long the shelf life is for that oil so I make sure I use it before I lose it when I reordered it in the future. I would assume you get more than 3-4 months sitting on a shelf unopened so they must have sent me old stock. So whatever their loss, the economy is rough and I can live without the 5 oils I buy from them or get them somewhere else. Does anyone know of a replacement for the oil?
