  1. I have stuck with paraffin for all the same reasons as everyone else. I switched which paraffin wax I use a while back but I just don't have it in me to hassle with soy.
  2. Stella White Peach Oakmoss Dragon's Blood Blushing Jasmine Tonic (Clarins® type Blue Sugar London Lemon Curd Vanilla Sandalwood Coconut Cardamom Custard Andalusian Olive Blossom Black Raspberry Cream Mango Lassi
  3. Around here I'd spend all my time explaining them to people. Cute idea though.
  4. Great thread. I'm not a big enough candle seller to tell you my top ten here in Tennessee. Just off the top of my head Cinnamon Buns, Lavender Vanilla (a blend I make of eo and fo), Downy Lavender, Cucumber Melon and Butt Naked are a few of my strong sellers.
  5. Gotta be no ne other than London Lemon Curd from The Scent Works. Kick butt strong! http://store.scent-works.com/index.html
  6. Gosh there are so many. 7. Better weigh and write down what you use in case you discover something fantastic!
  8. I think it depends. Money alone doesn't mean anything. Quality and customer service count. Complex blends that stick in soap and throw in candles isn't cheap.
  9. I mix a Stress Relief blend that is nice. There are a few blends like that out there that are unisex. I think The Scent Works has a Stress Relief and their new Blue Sugar is a wonderful unisex scent. They also have the Andalusian Olive Blossom that comes up in every thread asking about spa scents. One supplier also saves on shipping. Sign up for their mailing list and you get emails with special offers. They have excellent customer service too. http://store.scent-works.com/index.html
  10. I love spraying a cheap wallie world basket with the terra cotta colored paint. I pop a plant in the basket along with gardeners gloves, gardeners soap and a candle.
  11. In my experience if you are talking about run you out of the house it is so strong the firsst one that comes to mind and is far above the rest is Maduro (Archipelago Botanicals Havana® type) sold by Green Leaf Candle Supply. A little bit goes a very long way! She sells a lot of the Archipelago Botanical dupes as well as a whole slew of others that are strong too.
  12. The Scent Works is great! I love candle and body butter sets.
  13. Cinnamon Buns is my best selling candle. People LOVE it!
  14. Orange Chiffon Cake and Coconut Cream Pie that I mix half and half for a wondeful scent. I also like their coffee...is it Roasted Coffee or Fresh Roasted Coffee? Anyway it is a great one. I really like it mixed with chocolate and a touch of vanilla and orange.
  15. I've only used it in cp soap but Enchanted Apple was one of my best sellers.
  16. I think also you have to take into account that MMS doesn't use the postal service boxes. They buy very nice thick sturdy ones and that costs. They tack that cost onto the buyers. Course you rarely ever hear of someone getting a damaged package from them. They also...as far as I remember...not using the online postal service site postage where you get the free delivery confirmation. I know it bites but they are wonderful for larger orders. Possibly next time if you are just wanting something small like that do a iso listing in the classified here and see if you can buy some before you order.
