  1. Possible new account for me wants candles in a Tuscany style. Any ideas? I know I will have to do alot of testing on new scents for this one to which he is well aware of. So far I've come up with, cabernet grape, vineyard, sunflower, rose. Any others? And who has the best?
  2. How cute. Good job! Off the the kitchen now.
  3. If you are just using parafinn and no gel, then I would start with 2 51's zinc for a 5" pie.
  4. I have sold off extra's on ebay also. I will list the supplier that I purchased from though.
  5. Zinc's work fine in gel. If you are scenting you embeds and crust, that too should be scented with gel safe FO. Don't know what size pie you are doing though, 9",5",3".
  6. Heat the jars and cool slow. The only problem I have is when they are in my van when its cold out. Then I will get wet spots.
  7. Really cute. I just love the way you did the scene above the water and below. don't think I ever seen any like that. Awesome.
  8. I would like to see Glade's liquid candle, Spiced Rose. Smells great!!
  9. I have got some blocks from Keefers before. I looked for their webiste awhile back and could'nt find it and gave up. Maybe if you do a search in the aricives. They did have alot of choices though.
  10. Being in NY, you could try TVG Glass. There are in Syracuse and your shipping could be cheaper.
  11. Straight Lavender is just too strong for me. I mix with vanilla and it smoothes out. No fuel smell either.
  12. I just added these to my line and they are going over really well. Vanilla, Lilac, Apple,Cinnamon,Strawberry and baby powder seem to be selling the best.
  13. I use candlewic's 5055. Which is great for the canes too.
  14. Sometimes if I stir too much, I'll get bubbles. If I let wax cool to around 160 and pour into heated votive molds, the bubble are gone.
  15. Are you using embed wax? I have a 9" lattice crust which is a bugger. Comes right out with the embed wax. Much harder.
  16. I have a gift shop that is wanting me to dip bears and bunnies for her. They would be her animals fully clothed. Her small ones are about 7" and larger ones about 9"'s. I would also like to add these critters to my line. Just wondering what you would charge to do them. She use to charge $22.99 for her small ones in the shop.
  17. Great site. You are very talented. Looks like we could learn a thing or two from you. Welcome to the board.
  18. Candlewic has a nice one. You can go to their site and request it.
  19. Yep, very strong. Does mix well with french vanilla.Vanilla takes the sharpness out of it.
  20. Great Job!!!!!!! Very easy to read and navigate. Beautiful.
  21. Does anyone know where to get the bears and bunnies that have hair instead of the regular fur. These bears are upscale and have the outfits already on. Not like First and Mains bears at all.
