judyvega
very pretty - dig the purple - is it scented?
candlesprite7
No scent since I was just messing around. I do love the Violet. I didnt have any liquid dye so I melted a dye chip on a spoon with my heat gun and dripped it onto the stirred wax to get the marble. cybersix
very beautiful candle! I would like to try marbles, but the mess I could make stops me from doing it!
candlesprite7
It wasnt actually too bad a mess. I used a cake pan instead of a loaf pan like in the directions. And since it was wider and more shallow it didnt take very long for the wax to set and stirring it around I have no trouble getting to all of it. Mozzie
That looks terrific and thanks for the tip about melting a dye chip on a spoon. Not having liquid dye is one of the reasons I haven't tried these before. Yours has definitely inspired me - thanks.

Glad I could help, I read that somewhere else, not sure where but it works great and you dont have to use a whole dye chip if you dont want to.
