flutterbees
I just poured watermelon taffy from nature's garden. It wasn't very strong oob. Anyone have any suggestions for an amazing watermelon? I will post results for this fo in a week from now to let you all know what I think. LuminousBoutique
I like Peaks... both peaks and CS are good though. Peaks is pretty sweet smelling but I like it, almost like watermelon jolly ranchers.. so yummy.

glittergirl
NG watermelon taffy does excellent for me in paraffin.
Noodle
I have no idea what to try anymore in the way of watermelon. I have tried so many and none of them ever smell true to me. Perhaps it is my nose!
RWV
Genwax has the most realistic one I've tried. (Thanks ChrisR for suggesting it!). It's strong and doesn't change when burning. I use a paraffin/soy blend. HTH
flutterbees
So I've just done a 4 hour test burn on Ng's watermelon taffy. I let it cure for 6 days. I used 6%. It fills just half of my tiny kitchen. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd rate it at either a 4 or a 4.5. My husband thinks it smells like a watermelon jolly rancher. It's a very candy smell. I like it, just wish it were stronger. I want to order some from candle science, after I finish testing a few others.
jenscandles
Has anybody tried JS Watermelon? I see she lists a Watermelon and a Watermelon Jolly Rancher, so I'm wondering if the Watermelon is not candy-like? I'm looking for a watermelon that does not remind you of candy. Noodle
I am forever looking for an amazing watermelon. Every single one has that bubble gum note to it when I take a whiff. I have never smelled a true watermelon fo.

I was uncertain because the reviews on CS mentioned smelling like a jolly rancher and earlier posts in this thread indicated Peaks was candy like as well.I guess it depends on your nose? I'll have to try some samples with my next orders. Thanks!
Monvi33
Another vote for CS watermelon...I do think it has a candy/bubblegum note but I still like it a lot.

flutterbees
Just wanted to update. I ended up ordering the watermelon from Peak's instead of candle science. I wanted to go with the sweeter smelling one. It smells just like the nature's garden one except noticeably stronger. It is a sweet smell. I love it. Will be doing a test burn on this one next week. NaturallyTru
I ended up going with Fig Melon. You can smell melon; but it's just different than what's out there...trendy. Oh...better tell ya where I got it, huh? LOL! SouthernScentsations.com (MI)Trudi
