thesoapbox
Here is a pic of cut soaps. I used only Shea Butter for this and added Orange/Cucumber eo blend from WSP and used pop colors. I tried to do the swirling all the way through but was very unsuccessful lol! This one traced extremely fast and when I finished pouring into the mold it almost looked like cottage cheese at the end. It still came out to be a nice bar, very white and very hard.Angi
Scented
It's pretty. Curious why a 100% shea bar? More conditioning? An experiment?
Meridith
I think your soap and swirls look great. Your colors are perfect for your scent combo.
thesoapbox
It's an experiment. Someone was asking about a pure shea bar on another forum so I decided to make one so she can try it out to see if that is what she was looking for.Angi

SoapInTheCity
I didn't even know it was possible to make a 100% Shea bar. That must have been expensive to make?? Would definately be a fun experiment to do!
mystical_angel1219
Very pretty!Carebear did the same a while back, she sent me a slice to try and I need to hunt it up and use it. Sounds decadent.
thesoapbox
The mold holds 36oz of oils so I used that much. I had purchased a butt load of shea a few months ago and figured I would use it to make the soap . It would definitely be an expensive bar of soap because of the cost of shea. So I don't believe it would be worth it to sell for $4 or $5, it would have to be a much higher priced bar to justify it, I think anyways. And who knows if anyone would purchase a higher priced bar of soap, but you never know!Angi

Akua Wood
Lovely swirls. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts on the lather.I once made a 100% shea with ground loofa. The lather was very creamy.
